I've just moved into Mezzo Apartments and it's like I killed a lion with one shot. This location is absolutely perfect: it sits right in the heart of Las Vegas; you can get to school or shopping, entertainment, or UNLV within arm's reach, and the strip is included. Everything is so close—this is real convenience.
The apartment is brand new, beautifully kept, with ample space in the studios and one-bedroom apartments. Interior design is really chic, up to date, and very comfortable. The best appliances make cooking really a delight.
Another great amenity of Mezzo Apartments is the pool area, where one can simply relax; even the landscaping is matured. It's a superb way to unwind after a long day. Also, the fitness center is well-equipped and conveniently located, encouraging a healthy lifestyle. Community spaces such as the clubhouse and the barbecue area are simply lovely for neighborly socializing and maybe even gathering.
The management and staff in Mezzo Apartments are walking, talking examples of friendliness, responsiveness, and willingness to help. They really go the extra miles for their residents in satisfaction and comfort. The atmosphere around here is really friendly and inclusive, so you're sure to feel at home.
In summary, Mezzo Apartments is a prime example of what exceptional living has to offer in regard to fabulous location, modern-day amenities, and excellent management. In my opinion, it is best suited for anyone seeking a comfortable, stylish, and easy way of living in Las Vegas.

I like living at the Mezzo Apartments. Taylor is amazing, she is very nice and helps everyone. Maintenance is great, fast and reliable shout-out to Elio! Overall it's a great place to live! 😄

So I've been here for 4 or 5 months now and I've had a great experience. No issues at all. Office staff is amazing.Taylor helps me daily with my mail and any concerns I have. I love my apartment.

my apartment was burglarized multiple times here because the window locks barely work. not to mention the roach infestation. DO NOT MOVE HERE! they are doing NOTHING to help with any of the problems THEY caused!

Hello my name is Toni. I have been a resident since December of 2021. I have seen many changes positive that is, and changing of the staff (maintenance, office crew, & security ). As of August 2024 the maintenance and the staff in the office are very compassionate, helpful, and one particular gal is still here which I appreciate- Shawona. Katie, Sandra, and Taylor are always willing to assist me with any needs or issues I run into and never dismiss me like many others would dismiss vintage seniors. They are always very friendly, kind, and courteous to everyone no matter what the issues may be. I look forward to this next year here at the Mezzo!!!! By
