We live off grid, and we’ve had a dying battery for a couple weeks now, and it finally went out… on the same day I was able to call them, find out they had the same battery type, and was quoted a great price. We showed up and were in and out quickly. Our house now has power again and I’ve got nothing but gratitude for Shelton Battery

These people are honest and have good batteries there. I have been buying and referring all my clients and friends for over 10 years. I will not buy from anyone else. USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!!

I bought the battery one year and had to leave Nevada because my husband passed away. I called them and told them the battery is not charging and have to buy a new one. They told me that I would have to bring the battery back. I moved back to Illinois and they said we can’t do anything about it. People today are just awful and will not help people at all. Tell your friends and family not to go to this place. One more thing they sold me the wrong battery for my car too.

If I could give this business a -5 stars, I would! The staff at this store is absolutely atrocious! I called ahead to find out if they had a battery for my vehicle and was told they did, they quoted me a reasonable price, so I thought I had solved my issues. Upon arrival to the facility, the (manager Lisa) was extremely disrespectful and rude beyond imagination. She tried to tell me that I did not call ahead and I must be lying because those aren't the prices they quote the product that I needed was four times the amount that I was told on the phone and on top of that, she told me that there is an extra $15 installation charge. But a few minutes prior when I was speaking to the gentleman who works there he said the installation charges are only five dollars when I asked her about it she got upset at me. She threw her pen down on the table towards me. she said, I was raising my voice, and if I didn't like it, I could go elsewhere. I calmly explained to her. I couldn't go elsewhere because there wasn't a battery in my vehicle anymore. It was already taken out by your staff. and you are the only one in town who has the battery I need she laughed at me mockingly saying " that's what you get" not believe the audacity of this woman to insult me like it was nothing. After everything was said and done I asked her if I could have two copies of the receipt, and she yelled at me again saying " oh my God do you have to be this difficult " I told her it's for work, and this is what I have to , I also told her I hope she had a better day, and she proceeded to scream at me telling me that she will call my employer and tell them about my behavior. I didn't reply back because she was obviously on the verge of having an aneurysm from the looks of it, but as I was walking out, I made eye contact with the gentleman who replaced my battery, and asked him is she always like this? with a smirk on his face, he he said under his breath yes, absolutely, she is the worst person in the world and we all hate working for her, but it pays the bills. I felt so bad for that staff member because he was very nice. I believe his name was Stephen, outside of the doors, staff was laughing at her mockingly because of her behavior and I was told that I am not the only one who she treats like this. Once I got back to my place of employment. I was informed that they received a phone call about me from this woman named (Lisa) without a worry in the world because I knew I didn't do anything wrong. I asked what did she say or what did she want the staff and said now she's literally called the store on every single employee to complain as to say we know about her you didn't do anything wrong, and it's OK. There will be no problems on your behalf. Don't think I've ever met such a coldhearted person in my life and to treat customers or any human that is absolutely absurd. She Hass to be the owner of the company company because that would not fly anywhere else and she should be ashamed of her behavior. I would never recommend anybody walking in there.

They have everything you need for automotive batteries of any size make and caliber they offer great service and prices and they are locally owned and sourced...?????
