Such a painful experience trying to buy paint from the girl, and only human, working there. Waited 10 minutes to show her a paint can, which I purchased from another Sherwin Williams so it has the Sherwin Williams receipt and store information on the side sticker, only to have a debate with her on where I purchased the item.I did not care where I bought the paint, I just wanted the equivalent and asked her to match the paint and color. This led to another round of the ‘where I purchased the paint’ game. We decided not to patronize this store.Best part, we go to Lowe’s and find the same person who was in front of us in the paint department too!

So I decided to stop in here on the way back to the house.. I'm remodeling a bathroom, and wanted to make sure I had the correct paint. Seriouly special thanks to Jasmin, after telling her exactly what I wanted... She knew what I needed! She was polite, and appeared to be very knowledgeable of all the products. She answered all of my questions, and so much more. I was in and out of the store I think the fastest I've ever been, and without any buyers remorse or doubts. Give this girl a bonus or raise, not just for her knowledgeable; but also the factor of customer service to a top notch level. I will definitely be back for my future purchases! Thx again.
