Great customer service and knowledgeable. The sales associate that helped me was friendly and helpful to all patrons he assisted. He also provided me with product knowledge in a simplified way. I will definitely be returning.

We showed up ten minutes before closing to get two gallons of paint and one quart, which we didn't think would take but that ten minutes and maybe five more. We also had zero problem just ordering tonight and coming back tomorrow to pick up because we understood it was so close to closing. However, as soon as I walked in, a male employee said, "Just so you know, we close in ten minutes." Then, he looked at the clock and said, "Actually, nine minutes," and he proceeded to laugh with his male coworker. Lovely. There was a man at the counter and the other male employee was extremely rude and dismissive to him and said, "I need to get to these other customers, I can't help you," and just totally blew him off. Found the paint samples with the colors we wanted and gave them to the employee along with how much of each. He proceeded to ask if we knew what type of paint we wanted because they had many, ("We aren't just a big box store.") some of which went up to $100, which is insane. We wanted an eggshell finish and definitely didn't need the fancy $100 kind. However, they could only do the quart of paint in a satin finish. The employee insisted it was only one degree of difference in light reflection, but judging from how badly he and his coworker wanted out of there, I didn't trust that because I felt like he just didn't want to have to make another gallon of paint in eggshell (so three gallons total) compared to only the two gallons and a quart. We had a coupon from our builder for a free gallon of paint and it apparently expired. So, basically, it was a complete waste of time. They obviously didn't want our money or business. While I understand wanting to get off from work, there are much kinder ways to treat customers and say things that don't involve being rude, dismissive, sarcastic or stuck up. And again, it wasn't just us that received attitudes. They were rude to the male customer there as well. This was our first time here and we definitely won't be back. We'll take our money to a company that actually appreciates our business and wants to help us. Thanks for literally nothing.
