Casey was a polite and professional employee. The store was very busy and from the looks of it she was the only one there. Despite that she helped everyone in a timely manner and still took the time to provide product guidance. Anyway, I’ll be sure to come back because of the excellent service. If you are ever in need of a shrink free and odorless spackle, please go to Sherwin-Williams. They have the best product on the market and it is reasonably priced too!

Great store! Although there are closer Sherwin Williams stores to where I live, I will definitely return to this location again. Harmony, the attendant that helped us was helpful and friendly. Additionally, the store is well organized and maintained. See you again next time!

I am assuming from reading past low rated reviews, that quite possibly I dealt with the same salesperson, however I did not get his name. I arrived at the store, and the guy behind the counter was very flippant with me from the very beginning. I had asked a few simple questions, one being about a very common product that I needed in order to remedy a mistake I had made , and was told "We don't have that product, and even if we did we wouldn't sell it to residential customers, and you will just have to go elsewhere or hire someone." I'm assuming Sherwin-Williams sells paint stripper, no? I was pretty much told to take a hike, and from the guys rhetoric, I could tell he does not like residential customers coming in to purchase anything. The whole experience left me feeling shutdown and humiliated; hence I took my business elsewhere to Lowe's, where I was treated kindly all questions were answered, collected my merchandise and was out the door in no time.
