I had to RMA a laptop back to the manufacturer to sort out a battery issue, I've never had to personally ship such an expensive high ticket item and was fairly stressed about the whole process. I called around multiple businesses, but I spoke to a gentleman at this store over the phone who helped walk me through the FedEx return process. Later in the day I did visit this location and was greeted by two very adorable puppers who would put a smile on anyone's face. More importantly however when I did meet an associate (or possibly the owner?), she quickly addressed my problem and again assured me of the process and what to expect going forward. I had only brought in the laptop & the shipping label and she wrapped and secured my item in a very professional manner boding great confidence in my decision to come to this business. I'm terrible with names, and wish I could personally address both of the employees there and thank them for their assistance. Hopefully the computer issue gets sorted out, I know that in the future if o ever need to ship any items of importance I will be returning here. Thanks again for the great help, it is very much appreciated!

A 60 Y/O lady was returning a refrigerator (office size but still heavy) and the young man behind the counter simply watched her struggle- not even opening the door!?!? Seriously?What has happened to humanity ??♀️??

Missing mail constantly and getting other boxes mail that isn't mine. Don't have trust in this place. It has had a frame for more boxes for years and it just looks like nobody cares about this place. So, missing mail and mixed up mail is also expected.Edit : I've alerted the staff numerous times. I've had to contact senders to resend important documents. They weren't returned to sender, they were never found. Which means someone got them and either threw them out or worse, opened them. I've gotten other people's mail on more than one occasion. There's like 50 boxes and I'm not even sure all of them are occupied. How this happens even once is crazy to me.Supply issues? You've been open for 5 years?? You can't cover it up or anything? It just looks tacky and.... like nobody cares.

Great local mailbox and shipping center. I go here weekly and always have a great experience. They've got a book exchange as well as resident weiner dog, Cupcake. We want more Cupcake!!!

Need to get paperwork notarized and saw this place locally owned business. It's clean, customer friendly and my notary was only five dollars!!!! Bonus that there was a cooler of sin city cupcake for sale which are the best alcohol infused cupcakes ever! I love this place!
