I spent almost $400 on this shirt, took it to Silverado Cleaners and they did a nice job. The owner did not want to take responsibility for the irresponsibility of his workers, he says he is not responsible because he is not the one who manufactures these shirts. He even questioned me in a very rude way and told me that if I didn't like his work why didn't I do it myself at home. Previously I had already lost some shirts and it took them more than two years to return them to me because his staff had given them to another customer by mistake. This time I have dared to leave this bad review because this is the third time they have done a very bad job and the attitude of the owner is not professional at all. Even though they had already failed me on two other occasions I still trusted him because he apologized properly but this time he has been very rude and has not even offered an apology. In the end he is the one who loses the most because I was a customer of his business for years.

Worker appeared ....I had to wake him up when I went in. Very unresponsive. Tried overcharging me by double my usual price. I left no more business from me or anyone I know.

I dropped latex paint on 2 linen(dry clean only) blazers. My immediate reaction was to wash the paint out with soap and water. I got the paint out but was left with large water stains on both blazers. I brought them to Victor at Silverado cleaners and he said he would try his best to help. I picked them up today and to my surprise they are perfect! All of the stains are gone. Victor did a great job! I highly recommend this dry cleaner!

Don't have your pants Taylord here. The purple ones is the sample. I got them all to long and one leg longer than the other. Then she had the nerves to insult me on the phone in front of the owner.

My fiancé told me about this place, and when I first showed up what I liked about it was that it was a family owned business. They were very respectful and made sure that your clothes for Well taken care of I was very satisfied I made sure I had my receipt to pick up my clothes. I will definitely be a regular to anyone who is looking for a cleaners. This place is the place to come to again family owned business.

I have an update. I wrote a review on May 2nd about my bad experience. I got a phone call June 13th from a nice man from Silverado Cleaners. He was very kind and wanted to rectify my poor experience with their business. He offered to pay for my dress that was ruined. I never expected that to happen. I just felt that people make mistakes, but the other employee was terrible and so unprofessional. He shouldn't be working with customers. I do appreciate the man who reached out to me to take care of my problem.

I have used this place a few times workers are kind but the owner is a nasty and mean person. Dropped off shirts to be cleaned and iron. Later I noticed some brown dots and black stains on many of the shirts. To make a long story short I had to bring it back twice and stains that happened from the dry cleaner are still not fully out. When I pointed it out to the owner his response was only a little bits not a big deal and I want to take responsibility and ownership. And the worst of all the interactions with the owner were very unpleasant he was quite aggressive. I will not be going back and recommend to others not to use this cleaner as well.Services: Ironing
