Bought a Chevy Silverado in February, ran great for about a month and has been in and out of the shop since then. Mechanics at Chevy have found problem upon problem with the truck. Cheap labor has been done to fix problems, missing bolts, missing screws, blown head gasket, blown fuses, water in the coolant tank… all in all would not recommend anything they say about their vehicles and coming from a certified Chevy technician was told that this is probably one of the worst truck to come into the shop so soon after purchasing from a used car dealership. The warranty they would have offered me would have only covered a month or 1k miles, just enough to drive something until it all falls apart.

Had a great experience with Gerardo and his team. Was looking for a particular vehicle and found the listing. It’s always a little unnerving to go to used car lots but there are lots of good reviews here and people treat you professionally but kindly and casually. Easy buying experience and even drove away with a full tank of gas. It’s the little things that you notice which clearly indicates the management is on point to create an exceptional customer experience. Thanks everyone!

I’ve purchased a second vehicle from Simple Auto. My experience this time has been fantastic. Grace, (Finance and Sales) is an Angel. Carina is awesome at customer service. Gerardo is top notch with explaining all about the vehicle options and showing how all buttons work as well as helping with DMV and insurance questions. Shout out to Damien also for giving me a deal on my trade in. This team is top notch and will give you the best deal they can.
