Either the pumps are put of service or the card readers won't let me insert any of my cards. I don't have these problems at other Sinclairs.

The Store itself has been amazing and great however the Car Wash seems to need work. I would say replace and clean up the paystation. Then also check your chemistry and Air ratio for the Hot Wax. I barely got any and it didn't look like a consistent stream of wax. I think also one of the dryers needs a new intake because I heard lots of rattle when they started and I was afraid to drive under them. The team everyday when they have a minute should go up on a ladder and inspect the dryers for wear and tear. Get a brush and scrape all of the intakes. This allows better air flow and your drying when starting the wash. Been to many washes in my life and happen to know a thing or two.

Car wash here cheaps you out on the wax, polish and surface sealant by only applying it to half of the car.

There’s a heavyset woman with black hair who was rude and didn’t know how to give me a receipt so she got mad and didn’t put my gas on pump. I went and got a refund, like lady if you hate your job don’t take it out on customers just go to the gym it helps a lot 😊

the pump i used there was defective and didn't switch off when my gas tank was full. it ended up overflowing my tank and i had some spillage. fortunately i was watching closely and avoided major spillage.

Gas station is nice and clean that is not the problem the issue is the car wash if you select the $7 wash it will not include soap it will spray down your car with water no soap at all. I have had to come in and let management know and they always give me a promo code for the $14 wash . So , if you want your car washed with soap the $7 option will not give you that .

So I have been going to this 7 eleven for a while and all the employees are very nice and helpful. The manager is a complete jerk and seems like he hates his job and life. One day it was 110 degrees outside and I needed some water because I was dehydrated so I brought my own cup in and got ice water out of the fountain beverage and then he runs up to me screaming at me that he personally has to pay for the water bill for the 7 eleven store And tells me that I have to pay .57 for it because he pays for it even tho it was my own cup and it was 110 outside. So I said to him the I know he doesn't pay the water bill then screaming at me some more tells me to leave the store and to not ever come back. Made me feel like I had stolen something or robbed the store all because I needed water and now I can't even go to my main store that I go to every day after work. He really shouldnt be treating customers that way and should not manage a store treating his customers like that.

Went today at 5:30am. Pumps were down. Melissa was extremely rude, kept telling me the pumps would be available in a couple of SECONDS. Please don’t talk to me in a condescending manner and dismiss me to assist another customer when you don’t know the difference between seconds and minutes. I won’t be going back if I see this rude lady there. Sorry. ?

I have mixed feelings on this location. There's this woman working mornings and takes her time with everything. Other employees are working at this time and choose not to help the long line that has built up. I know it's 5am, but people have to get to work. This location is usually good and quick, except when people choose not to help out.

Today will be the last time I stop at this 7-11!!! I sometimes stop here before work and most of the times that I do there will be 3 or 4 employees working but only 1 person working the register eventho there will be a long line of customers. The other employees are to busy talking to each other or changing the music on their music player.
