I am the new manager at this location. I have been here since mid 2023. There was a lot of rif raff that needed to be 86d from the property. Homeless, drug users/dealers, there are still a few homeless that come around but all the bad ones are pretty much gone, also the store has been cleaned up more organized and well stocked. Im sorry for all the bad experiences people have had at this location. I am big on customer service and expect my staff to be the same. We have even let people go that were toxic to have on our payroll. We appreciate everyones business and especially the regulars that have been coming to their neighborhood store for many years. I strive for excellent customer service. So please come by to check out the store if its been a while since your last visit. Thank you for choosing our store to be your source of convience.

The second you fire Brandon the stars will go from 2-5 because no matter how amazing Tracy is Brandon will definitely ruin anything she does i come in there five times a day to refill my drink the same cup and he won't let me do it because he accuses me of taking it out of the trash can this dude needs to be fired immediately

This store has 1 female employee trying to run 2 stations. The in-store post office & the convenience store as well as simultaneously watching the kids running around inside after school. She's clearly underpaid & over worked by a owner who doesn't pay very well or they'd have enough employees to run this STORE/POST OFFICE/GAS STATION. They should be ashamed of themselves! A JOKE!

I moved to this area July 2021, since that time Sinclair has always been a very welcoming, respectful, and friendly place to shop for gas or snacks.

AN OWNER NEEDS TO CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY!!I've been coming and spending money here everyday for the last year and it's unfortunate the experience I had. I don't even know these people's names it was a new chicken and one of the newer girls that hasn't been there long. I walk in with my packages and the one who'd been there longer told me they already closed before 7, I started putting everything in the Dropbox when I seen I needed some tape for a package that wasn't closed all the way. I wait until the one girl was done helping a customer then asked if I could get some tape. I was Ignored, so I asked again because I felt she was being rude since she seen me and heard me ask already. Instead of helping me she started talking to the customer the newer girl was ringing. So I asked again and the new girl snapped at me as if I was being rude that she was busy when I was talking to the other girl who wasn't doing anything. Then the new girl walks over and rudly asks me what's with the attitude. I told her it's been one of those days. And instead of having good customer service and apologizing for making me wait or even just asking how my days been she decides to start talking down to me and continuing to go on and on running her mouth. I asked her to stop because I started getting upset that she was talking to me like this when originally I wasn't even talking to her I was talking to the lazy girl who was ignoring me to talk to the other ones customer. And I'll admit I was out of line for some things I said but I don't regret any of it because I wasn't the one being rude and I didn't deserve to be treated like that. I spend a lot of money and bring a lot of money to that post office. I don't know what they said to Angie and I don't care if I'm 86 I really don't want to give them anymore money if that's how they treat their customers. Honestly really disappointed and this whole experience has really been bothering me deeply but Noone there actually cares.

One day I had a hankerin' for Good 'n Plentys. l must've been blind and could not find them. I asked the lady at the counter and she helped me look. She didn't see them either. I sadly left the store, got in my car and started to buckle up, and the lady came out side to tell me she found them! I was so happy and bought some straight away! If that's not great customer service, I don't know what is!

This place no longer does refills for the big drinks!I have been going there for months with my wife early in the mornings and getting a refill and several bags of ice but on Monday the guy that works there with a dead eye yelled at my wife when she walked in, i didn't believe her so i went in to get a refill and the guy started to yell at me saying "no more refill because of covid " bit we know that's a lie and i explained to him that we get refill there all the time but he refuses to Listen so we now go across the street to ampm and get a refill there.

The USPS service counter personnel was rude and cut me off although there were still FOUR minutes before closing. The woman who he was tending to also let him know that there was still four minutes until closing time which was 7pm. I really needed to send a package last minute which is why I took the 20 minute drive to this location. He yelled saying that he goes off the time from this analog clock hanging on a wall.

Staff in post office receive unpackEd items, in line, instead off having the customer pushed to the side to pack, the line gets really long, terrible service, can't drop paid packages, got to stand in line for that, it's not the same without Mr All

I m 've down the street from the Sinclair and visit this establishment often and multiple times a day the people that work there are friendly and helpful if you don't know where it is just ask. They are not only a convenience store and gas station they re also a sub station for the U.S.Post office where you can mail anything from a letter up to large cartons . I can't stress enough how friendly the staff is. Stop by and say high to the staff if you can beat them to it. Make sure to wear your mask to ensure that the spread of germs is kept to a bare minimum.

The customer service is good during the day. But the elderly lady that works at night has the worst attitude I have ever experienced. She scream yelled and insulted me when I asked who the manager or owner was. She scream obscenities at me for no apparent reason. I will never be shopping here ever again and I suggest you do not visit at night or you might get yelled and insulted by this nightmare of a grumpy elderly lady. I mean if she is in that bad of a mood for working at a gas station maybe she should be working there. She doesnt seen to happy with what she does for a living. You would think during these tough times with the virus going on she would be at least a little grateful to still have a job in this state. I wonder for how long.
