Today, I had just a really embarrassing and disappointing experience. I go to this Sinclair often because it is usually the place that I pick up Amazon orders. My brother had recently brought home tacos last week and said he got them from the Sinclair gas station and if I remember correctly - ages ago there really was a little taco stand inside. There's even a neon taco sign that was lit up when I was there today?\\n\\nI did see that there was a taco truck outside in the parking lot, and I was almost sure it was that, but I thought there was no harm in going inside to be sure. Unfortunately, there was a very rude man that answered my question in a very sarcastic and rude way. I just felt like it wasn't necessary? It was an honest question, which I kindly asked - but there is no need to be sassy about it. It is not hard to say \\\"I am sorry, we don't sell tacos here anymore, you're probably looking for the tacos outside\\\".\\n\\nI called the store to express my concern, and the staff person that answered was the same man. Mid-way into me talking, he hung as soon as he figured out it was me. Very unprofessional and then refused to pick up the phone afterwards. I feel very sorry for this man, as it seems like he really hates his job. But how is that any of our problem? Please take a moment to retrain your staff and be more courteous to customers that are loyal to the brand.

This is a good spot for gas, smog, carwash, window tinting and propane, Only thing they really need is a COMPLETE RENOVATION, its starting to look dirty and old etc.

I like going to this particular Sinclair. The employee's are always friendly and they always give great customer service. The only thing I don't like is buying gas from them. If you use you credit or debit card, they place a hold on it for a certain amount. It caused a negative balance plus overdraft fees for my friend a while back. She only had $30 in her account and she wanted $25 of gas. Well they processed a $40 hold on her card and threw her into a negative balance. I understand why they do the holds, but if a customer isn't aware that you do them then I feel that it's unfair to the customer as well. Maybe they should make their customers aware if this before buying gas? I'm not sure if they still do this, because I don't buy gas here. I buy my gas from my work. But I just want to make others aware of this. Other than that, I love Sinclair!

This gastation is bad to me I went to 4850 camino al norte north las vegas nv I pay 20 dollars and the bump wasn't working and the cashier get out and told me is not working right and I said no I thought she will move me to another bump and I go inside she said I can't do anything because here looks like you put gas so conclusion they only still my money and I have to call somebody because I have no more money and I have no gas

Today I went there and I saw an employee outside sitting in the ashtray smoking a cigarette. This is the second time I have seen this by 2 different employees. It is disgusting, lucky I wasnt there to buy food or a drink. He didnt even wash his hands. And I'm sorry eveyone in the world wipes there hands on there pant legs one way or another. Only reason you get 3 stars is cause the rest of the employees are awesome. But please do something about this or I will take my business else were thanks. I even have a pick of the person if you dont believe me.

I live very close to the Food Mart it's a good place to go to if you need something quick!! I would give 5 stars if they were a little bit more up to date with their prices, they're expensive and most of their stocked items don't even have price on them so once you're up at the counter and get total you have no other choice than to pay or walkout. The gas prices are okay here not the best or worst.

I just called there to find out if they had the Sinclair Advantage Card in stock the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude. when I asked her what kind of convenience store it was, she said it wasn't a 7-Eleven when I asked her to specify what it really was she then just hang up the phone on me. whoever she was she was extremely rude.
