Not amazing, but not bad. Staff don’t approach you much which I would appreciate if they did in case you need something. Music choices are poor for ambiance.

Come home with Skechers after every trip to Vegas. I didn't find any at the Premium Outlets, but DH did, two pairs. So it was my mission to find some at this store. And I did! Needed sandals for the hot weather. The discount on the retail price wasn't great, but what the heck. BOGO 1/2 off seems to always be the sale. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was weird, though, that some of the shoes did not come in 1/2 sizes, so they were either too small or too big. Fortunately, the two I tried on fit good and didn't press on my bunions 😆. Prefer the soles NOT to be white, but these were too cute, and you can easily wipe the sides if they get scuffed. SLIP ONS are great, too! With Vegas trips always comes Skechers. And Teryaki Salmon at the Cal.

Was visiting from abroad & dropped in to get a pair of slip-on sneakers in the store a couple of weeks back...the staff were so very helpful. Went above & beyond to source the pair I wanted even when i couldn't find them in my size...after they had checked their inventory on their computer, & realised that they ought to have one pair left in the store, they literally checked everywhere to find them for me. Turned out that someone had left them on a different shelf, but the staff literally moved rocks to find them....thanks guys 🫶

Absolutely horrible service. I purchased a pair of sandals in OH, immediately packed them into my suitcase and traveled here. I put them on in the hotel room and found they just weren’t the right size. I took them into this store to exchange them and not only was the employee rude but told me the shoes had clearly been worn and she could do nothing about it. I explained to her I had not worn them and had purchased them just a couple days ago for this specific trip. She eventually did exchange them for something else, but was rude the entire time about having to look up the style code (which I had already provided for her) and didn’t even look at me during the transaction. I love Skechers shoes (I even work for the company as an ASM) but will NEVER shop this store again.
