Feedback:
Everything was fine except for the experience with the girl at the front counter, whose attitude was quite rude and unhelpful. When I asked for a different size, she insisted they didn’t have it — even though I was able to find the exact size I needed right there myself. They had sizes 7, 8, and 9 available in the same design, but she didn’t seem interested in assisting or making a sale.
Later, during billing, she continued to be unprofessional and unpleasant. I had planned to wear the new sandals I just bought and place my old shoes in the box — a very normal request. But instead of asking politely or clarifying, she rudely ordered me to leave the box outside, without even understanding that I was taking it with me.
I wanted to buy the new white shoes on display but didn't want to face here again.
Customer service like this really takes away from an otherwise good experience. I hope the management takes this seriously and works on improving staff behavior and training.
