Miserable store. Stood around for 15 minutes while the two staff who were utterly incapable to handle the not unexpected number of people in the store struggled to just keep up with anything - taking shoes, bringing out shoes for people to try on or cashing out people waiting to pay. Finally had to walk out because I needed to move on with my day. I knew what I needed and was just waiting all that time for them to bring out the shoes. Such a waste of time.

July 4th 2023!
I gave a staff member a display shoe and ask if he had a brand new pair. He brought out a brand new box with a pair of new shoes, then he replaced 1 new shoe with a display shoe I gave him! He said he had to put one back to the displaced location which was a brand new shoe, instead of an old displaced shoe I gave him. I was lucky to noticed his action before making a purchase! I asked him and he didn’t give a clear answer why he did so. I had to leave and quite disappointed with the services!

Understaffed for such a busy location.The employees were running around like their heads were cut off. Customer service was not what you expect from a shoe retailer. I went in to find a good walking shoe to wear during my visit in Vegas and one that would also help me with plantar fasciitis.None of the floor clerks wanted to take the time to assist me thoroughly. I felt rushed and wasn't really sure if my purchase would suit my needs. I will probably be returning the shoe.

I went to the store 4.3.23 around 1:39pmI want to complement the 2 girls working this day OMG. It was so busy and they worked armoneusly to get customers their sizes and checked them out. I went to buy 1 pair ended back home with 4 pairs. Great selection of shoes and service. Give thos ladies a raise.
