Had a visit to this location, purchased a pair of shoes i liked and signed up online to get the promotion, the employee at the register had a bad attitude and said it’s online only. After showing him the disclosure mentioning online or store locations he called manager and they did everything not to apply the coupon. (The shoes were not in the exclusion lists)FAKE MARKETING I guess & not trained employees

Yesterday was the second time I have shopped at this location. Both times I have tried to use my rewards membership there have been issues. Yesterday when I asked where I put in my phone number to use my rewards the checker said it was down and that they did not want to call tech support to fix it. I was planning on using a rewards club discount I have. They offered no solution, just the system is down too bad for you. They were also having a buy one get one at half price. I ended up getting 2 pairs of shoes, but the second pair didn't qualify for the discount. The checker didn't say a word or let me know the second pair didn't qualify. I know not getting the discount is on me for not paying closer attention, but it would have been nice for them to say something. I will not be shopping here again I am done with thus store and probably Sketchers as a whole.

This Sketchers Warehouse Outlet rocks! My husband and I stopped by Sketchers Warehouse Outlet on a Friday evening to do some holiday shopping. This location is off of the 215/Sahara exit next to Downtown Summerlin. There is an ample amount of parking available.Sketchers is a shoe store that offers a wide range of sneakers for adults and children. There are a variety of different shoe styles from casual, comfort, running, jogging, walking, and so much more. SKETCHERS also offers apparel as well! I noticed there were a lot of warm clothes out, especially for the fall and winter seasons!As soon as my husband and I walked inside the store, we were greeted by one of the team members with a warm "Hello." We browsed through the store looking for some new running shoes for myself. There were so many to choose from! I really liked their Air Cool Memory Foamed shoes!There was a nice sale going on inside Sketchers for the holiday season. I'd also recommend checking out their website to see the most recent promotions for Sketchers! This location had a a lot of inventory, and it was well stocked. I'd highly recommend visiting this Sketchers Warehouse Outlet location if you're looking for a new pair of sneakers!

I went there in early November looking for ankle boots. I was told they have yet to receive their shipment. I wasn't there for anything else. What they did have was OK, but I wasn't interested in anything else at that time. The store was clean and customer service was helpful. Alas, no boots so I left with nothing.

I wet to the Summerlin store in Las Vegas to exchange a pair of shoes and the manager her name America she didn’t want to exchange it, very bad customer service I had my receipt she said it was to old I explained it that was out town she didn’t even care she said that if she exchange them she will loose her job. She didn’t loose her job but she lost 10 customers and more that how big my family is I will never go back to that store again . She doesn’t deserve to be a manager in that store she making the owners loose money with such bad customer service

I have an account with sketches at this store. I tried to exchange the tennis shoes and they didn't accepted my receipt in my email. Very bad service. they lied to me about the procedure enrolling with them. I don't recommend this store

Bryn was very helpful when I was shopping here. She was friendly and went to the back room to look for my size. She deserves an accomodation or some sort of bonus. Bryn deserves 5 stars.The reason I did not rate Skechers (Downtown Summerlin) 5 stars is because the rest of the staff there were totally useless. There were 3-4 other staff there but they did nothing. Not one of them even greeted me nor asked if I needed anything. One staff walked around like a zombie and did not tidy up anything. He did walk around boxes of shoes laying around the store. He didn't pick anything up.The other staff just complained to each other of how horrible their day was going. It was clear they did not want to be there.Management should promote Bryn and get rid of everyone else.
