John Ray and the entire team here were absolutely phenomenal! Their service was not only top notch, but they were extremely welcoming and friendly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Above and Beyond – Service with Integrity!
I don’t usually write reviews, but Sky Diamonds absolutely deserves one. About four months ago, I purchased a Rolex Deep Sea Dweller from them—a serious investment and something I was proud to own. So, you can imagine my shock and frustration when, after just a casual swim, water somehow leaked into the watch. For a $25K dive-rated Rolex, that’s unacceptable.
I contacted Joey at Sky Diamonds immediately. He took the situation seriously and ran a proper submersion test, which confirmed the watch was indeed faulty. What happened next truly impressed me.
Joey didn’t just apologize—he took action. He quickly sourced the exact same model for me, and within a couple of weeks, I was picking up my replacement. But here’s the kicker: it wasn’t just a replacement—it was a newer model of the Deep Sea Dweller. Talk about turning a bad situation into a great one.
Sky Diamonds could’ve just met expectations, but instead they exceeded them. That level of care, integrity, and follow-through is rare these days.
My wife and I also bought our wedding rings from Sky Diamonds and have always experienced top-tier service and genuine kindness from their entire team.

John was amazing! Honestly my intention was to just look at this spot to do a ring upgrade for my wife. The second she started asking questions he jumped into gear showing us all kind of options. He even convinced me to go from a 4ct option to a 5.1. We were in and out and my wife is in disbelief with how easy that was. I cannot wait to see it created and come to life!

My Fiancé and I went in to Sky Diamond last week to have her ring cleaned and replace a small diamond that had popped out. We dropped the ring off and were told to return in about 2-3 hours. We came back just before they closed and were greeted by Joe and 2 other associates. Joe went and got the ring, but also asked us what our plans were for Memorial Day. When we answered "Just hanging out at home" he asked us if we would like to go see Shania Twain perform at Planet Hollywood. Of course we said yes and he proceeded to give us 2 tickets to see Shania Twain live in concert. Our day was made and we were both very grateful for such a nice person and store do do business with. I highly recommend Sky Diamond for any jewelry purchases. They always go above and beyond for their customers and in this case, a customer for life!

This was the first and only stop on my engagement ring shopping journey as it was recommended by friends. After my experience, I didn’t need to look anywhere else.My man Andreas was phenomenal. I came in not knowing the first thing about rings. He was so knowledgeable and made everything very easy to understand. It was a no pressure sales experience, we talked as if we were old friends. I had mine custom ordered and he was very communicative with every step. I walked away with a much nicer ring at a much lower price than I was expecting. They gave me a great deal without even having to ask for it.This is likely the first review I’ve written because I was so impressed and they deserve it. The attention to detail and customer service they provide is important when shopping for one of the biggest events of your life.And of course, she said yes! Thank you Sky Diamonds and Andreas!

This is the go to place! I came here to buy a engagement ring about a week ago and I know absolutely nothing about jewelry they took to time to explain all the different diamonds and helped me find the perfect one. My boyfriend & I had stopped into Sky Diamonds on 4/28 to browse for engagement rings. I had called ahead to see if they were open and luckily they were because this was a Sunday. Upon arrival we were greeted with such a warm welcome by Andreas & Amit. The establishment was BEAUTIFUL. I explained to them my ideas on what kind of ring I was looking and they put my vision together. I loved seeing all the different choices right in front of me. Man were they both so knowledgable and thorough when explaining everything to us. My boyfriend and I learned so much lol. They had such cool personalities as well. It didn't feel judgy or that they were just trying to sell. They were patient with us, honest & genuine.They definitely made this process very fun and special for us. I'm happy we chose Sky Diamonds to custom make my ring. I cant wait to pick it up! I have a feeling because of our experience here and the wonderful customer service we had I will be coming here for all my jewelry needs. Thank you guys so much.Definitely check them out
