Not friendly employees, they didn’t want to help when I asked a simple question, not friendly. The older lady cashier was nice but that’s it. It’s not hard to not be rude to customers if they have questions where items are.

They haven't had Rotisserie chicken on thos location for months allegedly " the oven is broken ". I hope this gets to corporate because they are loosing business.

This store has the worst customer service. Angela was my cashier and without so much as a glance or even a stutter in my direction I wasn't acknowledged until presented with the total of my purchase at which I replied I am doing just fine thank you at which she replied you didn't give me a chance. I then replied well you seemed to be more concerned with talking about you break instead of acknowledging me as a customer and then she gave me an attitude as if I did something wrong by choosing to spend my money in this store. I have complained before but there is consistently band service to few years I've shopped here. I told Angela that I comment to corporate on customer service at which she retorted go ahead so this is me following up on bad customer service by an entitled employee whom disrespects paying customers. I've been shopping at Smart and Final for literally 40 years so I know the few bad apples at this store isn't representative of the whole company but this staff at this location needs drastic improvement

Brittany the service manager is not very good at customer service. Asked her how to scan the tiny barcode and got attitude. At checkout after telling her I clipped the coupons but how do I use them ..... Guess what more attitude. Then she had the nerve to huff and puff to the next customer.
