Great service! They are so honest! I threw the laptop on the bed and damaged the charging port (which they fixed before). even after the warranty expired they took the laptop and fixed it at no cost PLUS FREE Deep cleaning. anti-corrosive lubricant and cleaned the fans !!
AGAIN all at cost and remember my warranty had expired !! WOW

Just had my iPhone repaired at the Smart Fix on Charleston about a month ago and they did a great job. They were closed today so I took it to this one. Apparently the warranty on the screen does not cover dropping it, stepping on it and crushing it when getting out of a hot tub at 3am while also trying to hold a margarita. Sergio did a fantastic job bringing the phone back to life. Took about 20 minutes. He even put a screen protector on it for free, I think because he felt sorry for me. Thanks Sergio, see you next time.
