Got a good deal on a unit after my last storage had gotten broken into. Got here the day after I moved my stuff in at 10am and 2 hours later the manager evicted me because he claimed I was sleeping in my unit. I had sat down on some bags of blankets after sorting through my stuff for a couple hours and it was taking me longer than normal because I needed to figure out what all had been stolen from the break in. I explained all this to the employee when I rented the unit the previous day that I would need to spend a day organizing my stuff and he didnt say it would be an issue to do that. O well I've seen alot of roaches here and the bathroom looks like it never gets cleaned anyways.

Exactly what you would want in a Storage Facility: clean, secure, and helpful customer service. Central location is a plus too. But all in all impressed with the customer service and management.

Great experience. I prefilled my application online & when i arrived at the office to submit my ID, I was able to wrap up everything under 15 minutes. Great service from Eric.
