Chad and Sylvia were great! They helped me with replacing my lock when I had lost my keys, they made sure the area was clean of the shavings after they drilled it out to make sure my kids didn’t get hurt. They were both very kind and helpful.

I’ve used this location for over 2 years, and have no complaints. The owners are super friendly and helpful and live on property so there’s an extra level of security with storing your belongings here. The only reason I left was I needed a bigger unit that could store a vehicle indoors and closer to my house.

Sylvia was great! She showed me around and gave me the info I needed to get my storage unit set up perfectly. She really knows her stuff. Chad, I spoke with over the phone during the online setup prior to arriving at the facility. He was also great. The online side of setup and management was easy and straightforward. The in person side was also easy and straightforward. I was very happy with my choice of storage units. Facility is very clean and well lit. Thanks again!

The person that helped us, Sylvia was beyond the best service person we have encountered. She was very conscientious about the facility, the company and our needs all at the same time. The facility is so well cared forAnd maintained and her attention to details and the little things is evident and appreciated.

Sylvia was outstanding at this facility.She showed me around, helped me understand the facility and my unit agreement fully before I finalized everything.She and her other manage were very kind to my service k9 which was a big bonus to know the facility was happy to provide reasonable accommodation for every aspect of my encounter with the process.Highly recommend!

Very friendly customer service! Sylvia was amazing every interaction we had. I’d highly recommend this place to store your things. Facility was very easy to access with elevators for the storage that is on the top and bottom floor. The facility was always very clean. This also was sufficiently cheaper than most other facilities in Vegas. Plus they offer military discounts.

Great experience here. The past month or so (Mar'23) there has been road construction in front which made it inconvenient, but no fault of SmartStop. Great pricing and had incentives to store there.

Beware of this facility EXTREME price hikes as well as MOLD issues . We've been here for a couple years and they more than doubled our rent in a basement unit.We shopped around at new properties being built found better deals.... contacted them to see if they would match it or at least do something to keep their tenants.The response I got was NO!So I booked as a new tenant another unit on an upper floorSame size for half the price.When I went in to sign the contract and take a look at my unit that I haven't been at for a few months I found an extreme mold issue in the basement you could smell it as you walk down the hallways.You can see condensation on the ceiling and around the doors and the structure.When I further walk down the hallway and I opened our units serious mold issues within our unit.I went upstairs to talk to Sylvia and tell her and she says there's absolutely nothing they will do.I got her to walk downstairs so I could show her our unit and the damage that was caused by the incompetence of their facility and their maintenance procedures.She denied any wrongdoing and said they don't have anything going on with their facility yet she further said that there was another unit on the same floor on the other side of the facility that had mold. Then she further to explain that there was a unit that had a bunch of wet soggy clothes in it that they had to get into because the rent had not been paid and they found a live snake in a tank.Now you can clearly see their units must have been down there had to be some issues that they were aware of or they incompetence of the management that didn't realize there was a moisture issue. They do not have any detectors in the facility that I can see to determine the levels of moisture.She then refused to do anything to compensate us for our losses refuse to even give us a free month in another facility so we could clean ours and determine what we were going to do.I then called customer support and they wouldn't do anything other than try to connect me with the district manager who refused to do anything just told me to make a client claim on my homeowners. While we were at the unit and we were cleaning it out and throwing things away and trying to salvage items that could be salvaged that were in plastic totes or wrapped in plastic.We talked to several other tenants that were also visiting their units whom also had previously had mold in their units and had made the management aware of such.They then went and checked their current units and reported to us that they also had mold in their new units.Again I spoke with the district manager he refused to do anything other than he said he would check to see if they have any problems with the facility and get back to me.That was over a month ago and no response back from him even though I called customer support yet again and ask them for their assistance.Seems like the only kind of answers you can get from this facility is they don't have any problems and NO to assisting their tenants.I have also posted this on their web page and I will be adding photos.
