I waited almost an hour in the customer service line, and not once did the manager Renee go speak with the employee Vicky. It is truly upsetting to see that doesn't care about the wellbeing of her employees after customers had used the racial card and threatened her.

Update:Not surprisingly, although I was told by "manager Deb" that I would be contacted the following afternoon, I never heard from her. It's now been two days... My business will be going to Albertson's.

Wanted to thank the 2 Smith's employees that were very helpful Matthew and Stephanie as for another employee shamalee was very rude and insulting first ignored me while I was asking for help on top of that making obnoxious comments about the store

Well, if you decide to order groceries from this Smiths, (I've had it happen at other Smiths also so just beware), I would suggest skipping ordering produce or fruit. I ordered all organic produce from Smith's and paid organic prices for it. About half of it was not organic. Now that may sound fussy but just before Thanksgiving I was diagnosed with cancer. So there's a reason that I'm not eating pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, growth hormones and chemical fertilizers. If I ever order for a pick up again, I will make sure that I just order non-damageable items. I'm not going to try to order organic produce. I'll end up throwing the screw-up away (I specifically did not allow substitutions), because I don't have the energy to take it back. I.e. drive back through traffic, find a parking spot, walk in (thereby exposing myself self to germs - right now if I get sick(er) I die), Wait in line, explain to someone (who is soooo not interested and rather pissed that they have to work for a living), get back out to the car, & spend more gas to get home. As of this order, I'm out about eight dollars. Now that doesn't sound like much but I threw away about eight dollars worth of veg. I might as well throw $8.00 in the trash.

I'm very disgusted to see the Smith Employee named Pam who aid and safe guard a Pedophille who made an attempt to have sex with a 14 year old boy. Pam, the Smith employee prevented a bystander from calling the police to hold this pedophille accountable. I will no longer support Smith's Grocery on how they handle the situation. It's such a shame Smith condone the actions of child predators. This video is going viral online. A friend of mine showed it to me because I would shop at Smiths.

They usually have everything I need, but what's the story about no wine or liquor sales at 9am on Sundays? This still is a 24-hour town and I find it ridiculous to close off the section. I'm an early shopper mostly and it's very inconvenient of a policy. Forces me to consider shopping elsewhere.

This location is usually fairly clean and has the items stocked that I'm looking for. I really like their spice/baking section as it has some good low carb/sugar options. The parking area needs to be cleaned up. I think they're short staffed?

Came here for a quick stop, definitely worth it! The store is very clean and very organized! Everything is very fresh and it's a very open feel. The freezer section and produce section is very nice! Self Checkout is very nice and cleaned regularly.

My boyfriends mom loves it here and it's ok I hate the parking lot and the carts all over I wish people would take the few steps to put it in the corral so it won't hit your car just lazy people anyways if I have to go in their parking lot I'll shop their and never have issues other than having a cart I did not use hit my car and the "lovely" people behind the wheel make me hate going their

Area around gas pumps is kept clean. Easy to pull up to the pumps; lots of space between gas pump islands.Gas is a little cheaper, than other stations in the area - plus you get a discount per gallon, as a Rewards member.
