The gas pump messed up and took my $.70 discount without allowing me to use it, but the lady at the window was so kind she reimbursed me $.70 per gallon that I pumped. Ty so much ❤️

Called to ask what their current fuel price was and they refused to tell me. Just goes to show how shady Smith's is. It's bad enough their in store systems constantly over charge you, now we find out that they're intentionally concealing their prices. Even when you request it..Straight up shady.

I called for gas pricing information today and was told staff are prohibited from giving gas-pricing information over the phone - due to company policy; this policy needs to be changed, because if I have to drive here to find out the price per gallon of gas, and I find it’s more expensive than somewhere else - I, and anyone else who has to make the trip is contributing to the air pollution problem, and the City’s air quality could be cleaner with a simple policy change - allowing prices to be published (here on Google Maps, for instance), or relayed by phone to people like me, trying to save money on fuel expenses by finding the most economic fuel prices in town. This information prohibitive policy is detrimental to the City populations health, and needs to be changed, immediately, if the Kroger company is willing to demonstrate effort in caring more about the people/ customers/ consumers this corporate brand is supported by.

No paper at pump #1. For a receipt. AGAIN.Sign in the window that they are on a break, but no way to when WHEN they’ll be back. How about indicating WHEN you’ll return? I need a receipt!!!
