On 8-22-22 at around 2:35 to 2:43 pm I went in the this place looks for a Birthday gift on the west Smith's they have better quality people there from what I had experienced I had @ this store, As I was looking @ the flowers and plants, I said to my self that I need a card so I was looking and the store has different lay out so I had to look a little closer, so as I approached the Isles the two isles split to three halfway down, as I seen the cards to the right side of the isle they had these special items on display and as I round one of them someone had spilled something on the floor and guess didn't say anything and once I put my right foot planted on the floor and down I went landing on my left hand backwards, so Austin was a patron at the time and he seen me fall and asked if I was okey, I said I think so but I landed on my left hand and he said yes I seen that, as I ask the girl that worked there that seen me getting up off of the floor do u want me to call someone I said yes please, The asst manager Galina asked if I was okey and asked me what I wanted to do, I said yes I'd like to fill out a report but now I have an appointment in 40 minutes and could I come back and she came back and said I'd have to do it now, so I call my appointment and told them I'd be later, so Galina brought the forms out to fill out but no area to fill out and I felt rushed, she asked if I'd like some ice, I said sure, someone brought up a bag full that would fill a Smith's bag, then as I finished up she said she had number and will call or text you tomorrow 8-23-22 well tomorrow came and went and I could see she had no concerns after I left the store, so hope if you go to this store Ur safe, Ps it probably didn't made it to corporate yet as she may not want a visit, as I came in I seen this and asked she if this was a spill or marks and she said oh it looks like a spill The florist was very helpful Thanks

Finally got my Rx transferred correctly, Pharma information in the system, and filled here at Smith's. A seamless process! My new pharmacist, Michelle, was throughly helpful. She double checked the drug pricing was the lowest available. Michelle updated my address and I'm on auto refills. The scripts are filled here at the pharmacy. Not an some central dispensary and mailed. Good to know!

I can't believe that people will not use Smith's pharmacy. I have used CVS, Walgreens, Walmart and Costco. Nothing compares to smiths pharmacy. They are friendly and will always go the extra mile to make sure your medication is filled in a timely manner. If you need refill, they call your Doctor for you. If you need it sooner (Tony the pharmacist) will call other locations near you to find it for you!

I was just getting a few groceries, and I was checking out when the stupid machine needed to call a worker. I was initially annoyed at the grapes I scanned. It said it was cheaper on the sign, but when I scanned it, it was more expensive. I was trying to void the item and leave it, but then it said that I needed an assistant to help out. No one was around and I got frustrated, so I tried to go to another station to scan my groceries. One worker noticed me getting frustrated and helped me. She was very nice. She even helped me with he grapes. Idk what she did, but the price became cheaper. I told her how I lost my Smith's card, so she got me a new one. I filled the little paperwork, and left. Thank you to Diona for helping me out.

I live across the street from this smiths so it's my main grocery shop for 10+ years. I basically have never had a problem with anything here. Great selection and there's always a bunch of good stuff on sale. I love looking at the sale section in the refrigerated sections and their markdown produce is my favorite. I get a TON of stuff from that section. Don't really have any complaints.

Cindy the manager of Smith E. Windmill Ln is one of the most wonderful and helpful person that I have meet tonight in this store, she went beyond extra miles to help me out. Without her i don't know what to do. I'm new in town i don't know that taxi is hard I been waiting for a taxi for more than 3hrs but no taxi show up, thanks for the lady who bag my grocery sorry I forgot to ask her name she is so nice and helpful to ask me why I'm still there. I told her that I been waiting for the taxi for more than 3hrs but nothing showing up yet. In a minute later Cindy showed up and help me out, she's my angel tonight went extra miles just to help out. I'm extremely greateful to her, this store is lucky to have someone like her.

Customer service representative Denise is one of the most helpful and courteous people I have ever met. It is someone like Denise that makes Kroger a success story.

why close off the entrance of the store when its still light outside? like it was only 7:30 its still pretty busy? and why have half the self checkout closed when its busy? and WHY have the only self checkout registers side by side each other rather than spread out? especially when we're just getting over a pandemic?? i swear none of the workers there graduated high school

The Eastern Avenue at Windmill Lane Smith's review based on my eleven Yelp check-ins: This Smith's sits at the crossroads of Eastern Avenue and Windmill Lane in the Town of Paradise (Unincorporated Las Vegas) by the Henderson borderline. It is in a competitive area that includes two Walmart Supercenter, a Walmart Neighborhood Market, two Von's, and a few Smith's. Despite all this competition, it looks the same to when I first saw it in 2005. This is one of the two Smith's south of Sunset Road that could use a refurbishment (the other one is on Boulder Highway). This is what I call a functional Smith's. It is not one of the upscale locations such as Eastern at Horizon Ridge, Charleston at Hualapai, Aliente Parkway, and Rainbow at Windmill; that has the bells and whistles of a faux wooden floor in produce, a Starbucks, and attractive interior. What it has is good prices, a fine selection, and convenience. Although I live relatively close to this Smith's my visits here significantly trail the ones at the sister locations in Pebble Marketplace, Sunset at Mountain Vista, and Paseo Verde Shopping Center. To change things up, I stopped by here a couple of times in the last few weeks. When I review supermarkets, I take in the parking lot situation. They share a large parking lot with a strip mall that includes Walgreens, KFC, Jack in the Box, Chopstix, Supercuts, a pizzaria, and other businesses. The parking lot is easy to maneuver. In general it feels safe. Whenever a Smith's, such as this one has a fuel center, I prefer to park near there. The way I see it the Smith's Fuel Center is far enough from the supermarket entrance that the threat of shopping cart collisions is less imminent at the same time that the people pumping gas and the cameras provide additional eyes on my car. When I shop here, I park by Jack In the Box and the Smith's Fuel Center to get more surveillance on my vehicle. And myself. Inside this Smith's that looks identical to the George W. Bush administration, are aisles of shelves selling food and some general merchandise at solid prices. The prices are far cheaper than the two nearby Von's and one Albertson's and competitive to the two Walmart Supercenter and Neighborhood Market. Another thing that has not changed is having to scan a Smith's card to obtain the deals. And another thing that has not changed are that the employees are friendly. On the last visit, Karen at Customer Service enthusiastically helped me with my Nevada Energy bill payment, and employees have said "goodbye." I never left annoyed. I give the Eastern Avenue at Windmill Lane Smith's three stars as in it is a solid supermarket. Although it is not fancy like the locations a few miles south on Eastern Avenue at Horizon Ridge Parkway, it is a functional supermarket that has good prices, a fine selection, and convenience.

One check out teller, long lines and the baggers are rarely bagging for you so you are expected to bag your own grocery's. The manager walks by with blinders to often. Be prepared to wait a long time to get checked out.

Smith's in general is just a no-go for curbside. First off, the website has absolutely zero relationship to store inventory. On the website, you can literally place a pickup order for 999 of pretty much any item (just go try it, it's hilarious). Who designs a system like this? Smith's pickup notification system is designed well, but fails in practice at this store. The store has numbered parking spaces and it's possible to notify the store you've arrived via the website, via a link in the confirmation e-mail, so that makes it nice and easy. But despite being the only person in the pickup area waiting for curbside, I had to wait quite some time for the guy to come out after I notified them I'd arrived. To add insult to injury, I had the out-of-stock substitutions option unchecked and they substituted items anyway. The substituted items were all buried at the bottom of my bags so I didn't notice until after I got home. So make sure you check your items carefully if you don't want substituted items.
