This review is for pharmacy onlySo many things wrong with this pharmacy I don't even know where to begin. DANGEROUSLY incompetent. But I wish I would've seen a review for this pharmacy and saved myself a headache so I'm hoping to help others. The last time I've received medication with Smith's (at a different location) was when I was under 18 so it was only natural that my mother would get notifications when my medicine was ready. Fast forward over a decade later and I decided to try this pharmacy at this location because it's the closest one to me and my mother calls me telling me she got a notification my prescription was ready. How weird given I'm now 25 and NO ONE should be getting info on any medication I'm given because ding ding ding it's a violation of HIPPA laws. Thank god I have a good relationship with my mother and I personally didn't mind but wow should they have made sure all contact information was updated since it had been at least a decade! Imagine it had been someone you're no longer close/comfortable with??Problem two-They gave me the wrong type of medication on top of not giving me the tools to register that medication. So when I called opening the box at home they asked me to drop off the wrong medication in order to get the correct one. An absolute joke! Then problem three- The biggest problem of all. I would like to call them all sort of names in the book but I want to keep this review PG. My doctor put in an order for two medications for me. One was ready right away the other I was noticing was taking an unusually long time so I called and wanted to know what was up. I talked to the pharmacist and he told me they had made the decision themselves, without talking to my doctor, to withhold my medication because they didn't think it would make sense to do both those medications at the same time. I tried to tell this pharmacist that the doctor told me how to register these medications and I knew what to do except this obnoxious pharmacist did everything in his power to speak over me. I had to snap on the phone and tell him to let me talk! My doctor and I had a plan for me and this pharmacy had interfered. Your job is to give me medication and answer any questions I may have. You have NO RIGHT to make medical decisions for me. I'm 21 weeks pregnant and the medication they tried to withhold from me is treatment to deal with something that could potentially be harmful to my baby so for them to make such a idiotic decision on their own.......all the pharmacists should be fired. On top that I had to call you guys??? You didn't call me to tell me the decision that you guys made? I would've been waiting and waiting. When I told this man that I needed this he put an order in. That order was delayed three times. I had to call in once again and ask where my prescription was and now another pharmacist answers and says "we didn't call you because we didn't think you wanted it." Why would I not want a prescription my doctor put in an order for and that I'm fighting to get?? Use your brain. Like I said they're all dangerously incompetent and should be fired. They're too comfortable working there and not doing their jobs right. The public deserves better. I'm so happy to never step foot into this place again. Even if this happens to be your closest pharmacy do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

4/29/23just want to give a quick update to say that this location now has a security team in place that does their job.one gentleman we see most of the time not sure of his name but he is a short African American male who does his job and we see him checking inside and outside the store at all times when you go in to shop you can see him roaming the isles and walking around also has a professional attitude towards the customers. I do hope this continues. We would like to say to the officer keep up the good work!!!!and thank smiths for caring about your shoppers.

One of the better Smiths in the area I've encountered however the employees are hostile.Their was a lady working the alcohol counter named Maria, she was upset that her counter was busy. We were all waiting in line trying to check out with her and she kept leaving her register screaming! Not sure what the problem was however in order to get back to her register she had to go past a few people who were moving a tad slow and she started screaming at the people to get out of her way. My daughter and I watched in horror, as she then started pushing customers and their baskets very aggressively yelling. She even pushed an old man who almost fell over! Some other customers started asking her to chill but Maria was not having it. It got so bad I couldn't take it anymore and I left the alcohol checkout and went to the regular line. This Smiths has a nice setup and I think its one of the cleaner ones in Vegas but mannnn, they need to get a handle on their employees.

I was robbed in broad daylight literally parked right in front of the store to the entrance and when the cops came the cameras to the store don't even work!! How was the cops going to see who did it when cameras are broken!? Where was the security?! I am never going to that store again. There was so many witnesses! Whoever robbed me GOD seen you! You'll get what's coming to you! BE CAREFUL IF YOU SHOP HERE

I took some time off of work yesterday, 8-3-22 to do some groceries, since I hadn't had time in the weekend? And I said to myself, "This is gonna be a wonderful shopping experience" (Looking back now, I don't believe this was a case of an employee just having a bad day, or a bad moment? No!!!) It felt deliberate to the core! But Omg...was it Not! I've never really liked this Smith's location? But since it's so close to my home, I've come to really like it! It's amazing how things can turn around in just one visit? I sometimes have to wait for an electric scooter up to 1 hour or more, but usually I have all the time in the world? But not so much this time around? So, I come in and tell one really kind & courteous Checker guy, that I needed a Scooter as soon as one was available..And he said, "Okay, I'll look out for one" And I replied, "I'll just be sitting over here by the flowers". I did not notice his name, but he was of color, very nice person! So I ended up sitting on a small sturdy table where there was some flowers displayed. As I have to sit somewhere, unfortunately for me? So after like 45 min, a Smith's Security guy passes by and brings me a chair. I thought that was very nice of him. And I mention, "I'm just waiting for a Scooter to become available" And that's where I felt his lack of consideration somehow! He stated, "Oh, there's a person on the other side of the store waiting for one also, and there's only 2 in the store available..I replied, "Oh, I know" (I'm already getting Anxiety) as I recall feeling his bad attitude. I just got a gut feeling that he had his preference to get the next Scooter to the other person on the other side of the store. And I was already starting to get up and leave and go to the other store on Nellis? So..all of a sudden one of the 2 Scooters arrive at the Check stand clearly where I could see it, and the gentleman that I had spoke to first was the one who was checking him out. So, I get up to follow them out as the Security guy was escorting them out to their car. Cos the door closest to me was not an Exit? So as I'm getting closer to them, I called out to the Security guy, "Are you going to bring back the Scooter to the other person?" And he stood there just staring at me and didn't respond" So I said, "I just need to know, so I can just leave to the store on Nellis right away" And then that was when he did reply, "Oh, I'm just going to bring the Scooter into the store and whoever needs it, will get it!" I lost my Cool at that point! (I felt discriminated as I've never felt, ever!) I told him, "listen I'm here during working hours right now, and I've been waiting here an hour already, and you're being very Rude. I'm a regular customer of this store and you know that this store's consumers provide your paychecks?" And he said, "OH no, and that's where you're wrong!" I said, "forget it, I'm leaving" And he then changed his attitude and said, "Well, I was bringing this Scooter to you." I was just taken a back & stunned...And of course I had to take it, as I didn't have much time left to do my shopping? This man actually played the Cat n' Mouse game with me in a dirty way, and it's not funny, Smith's! Sufficed to say, this man should be fired, no less! For playing dirty games with me, or any other customers that are Disabled and are in need of these Scooters in order to travel throughput your store! I have never had, but very curteous responses when I've asked for a Scooter anywhere? I shall never place foot in your store! I hope you, as a Kroger chain store, do something to prevent this ever from happening to anyone else! I'm writing this review about my most disturbing insident to warn others with my same mobility limitations as me! My purpose on Yelp is for that... To warn other consu

I was racially profiled and told I couldn't take my medicine while finishing shopping especially considering the fact I watched a Caucasian man walk out with 2 gallons of alcohol without paying and I wasn't done shopping. She told me no. And I was appalled. The manager assured me I wasn't being profiled as the security stood there while I checked out. I go there all the time and never had a problem. After today I will never spend a dime there! If I could have given them 0 stars I would have! I'm disgusted!

Even though this particular store is in a tougher part of town, it is a nice and clean place to grab something. The laundry detergent and liquor is locked up because of the amount of troublesome pests in the neighborhood. Good parking lot with a lot of spaces. This is a good place to stop before heading to Cashman for a soccer game.

The MAIN reason I am writing this review is based off of Brent (I believe is name) customer service!!!!! Last my daughter and I came in to grab some heavy cream. Simple, right? We get in the self-check out line and that when Brent the Best approached us with his wizardry! Yes that's right, wizardry. He first told my lil one "you dropped this" She looked and said "oh thank you" and BOOM! The Quarter disappeared out his hand! At this point I'm laughing and can barely scan the one item I came to get. Next he came back with a piece of candy and asked "can you pronounce the name of this candy?" My daughter said "Hi-Chew" As Brent walked away he said "Oh God Bless You!!!" Hilarious! He walked away and came back with a drawing of Elsa. Gave it to my daughter. She still has yet to learn, Brent has powers! So like the little innocent child she is she was excited for the picture. He then STABBED a hole in the picture with a pen and yanked it through! The picture was literally torn down the middle. My daughter looked at Brent and said "you just killed Elsa" At this point I'm laughing hysterically! He rubbed it and the picture was perfectly NEW! Left us Speechless! This was the great grocery store visit we've ever had.
