I walk up, not entirely walk up not like I’m directly at the counter but literally just to signal I’m there for when she’s ready. She says she’ll be there in a minute, I say “no problem!” We have our exchange, easy peasy. Last thing she says before she hands me the bag, mentioning the sign. The little sign? That’s meant for if there are multiple people in line? For patient privacy? So you aren’t directly behind someone as they are relaying sensitive information to the pharmacist. Like there weren’t any papers on the counter as if she might’ve been in the middle of dealing with anything sensitive. Nobody else was there. Every single time this lady has been rude, and if it wasn’t for the fact that this is the closest pharmacy and I haven’t had any issues getting my medication, I would’ve changed locations months ago. She was rude over the phone the night before. She’s been rude for months. I get dealing with customers, but when I’m just standing there with zero pressure to hurry you up, you may be having a shitty day but you don’t need to make my day shitty with your attitude.

We will go with two stars for now. Because the lady was extremely rude over a sign that was pretty much invisible. Little bit rude over a sign that you can't see if you come from a particular angle. We will see what happens next time if they're rude next time I'm going to make sure to speak to a manager

Sam was very helpful and I appreciated her quick service. She called another Smith’s pharmacy to make sure I could get my medication refilled before leaving out of town again. She asked if I had enough medication, if I needed to wait, I told her I couldn’t afford to wait. She immediately got on the phone with another pharmacy. To me that shows empathy and good customer service! Thank you Sam!

The pharmacy technicians are very rude and unprofessional. I'm a transgender female and ever since I changed pharmacies I've hate dealing with these rude people. I'll drive back to my old one even if it's out of the way. Plz, if you're apart of the trans community don't use this pharmacy. Straight getto.

Really done with this Smiths location. have been shopping there for 23 years, but last few weeks is consistently poor experiences. Today they overcharged me $15...I noticed the error when I got home. Returned to store, had to wait 15 minutes at Customer Service desk. Finally got the clerk who verified I was correct, but no apology for wait or the store error. Just not right. They do not care about their customers. Only 1 person at Deli counter slicing on a Saturday, only one register open, ad they want to direct customers to scan and bag own groceries. Prices are high, service is not good....Time to shop at Walmart and at least get lower pricing as grocery store no longer provides service to offset.

There are roughly 10 pharmacies closer to my house, but I will always use this pharmacy due to how kind and helpful they are. The medication I take is often out of stock regardless of which pharmacy I go to, but the people here help recommend me alternatives and even contacted my psychiatrist to get the prescription filled asap. 11/10

I have shopped here since 1993 over 30 years and they got new management and I have NEVER seen it so BAD!!! No checkers and empty shelves.... All the good checkers and courtesy clerks are all leaving going to other markets Albertsons's ect .. it's horrible to have a full basket full of groceries and wait long lines or check out your own stuff NO THANK YOU!!!!

Only shopped here out of necessity. It's got all the commercial basics but still very overpriced and not 100 percent worth shopping here if you want fresh, clean quality food.

Do not use this pharmacy. I called in my prescriptions a week early, to ensure that my scripts would be filled, as instructed by pharmacist. I was told my scripts would be ready today, but this morning I received a text that they were out of my script and it would need to be ordered. I called a week in advance to avoid this, but as usual, I'm without my medication.

Raul in the self check out area just rubbed his hands across my butt that was awesome thanks for the sexual assault.Follow up: I called and spoke to the manager, She said she didn't think Raul would do this, I asked why and she said "because he's married" I don't understand how that is an excuse or evidence against him doing that. This is not my usual smiths store, but I am in shock by how she just talked to me, very strange response and unprofessional. Something is incredibly wrong at this smiths location.

I made a purchase for $117 through pick up. Not only did they give me three items that were incorrect, but they charged me an additional $10. So instead of the agreed $117, two days later, they took $127 from my account. I'll never use pickup or shop at this store again!!! Some of us live on a fixed income and can not afford surprise charges or fees.

This Smiths is located right down the street from my place. I'd like that it's organized and they stay open late. I've been to different Smith's and this is one of the nicest I would say. It's not in a bad neighborhood and they have a well lit parking lot. They stay open till 11 which is nice. The fruits and vegetable section is always organized nicely, and the fruit is placed perfectly. The lines are never too long and I love how I can get quickly in and out
