Stephen at the registers is awesome! He's always so jolly and smiling when I go in there. Even remembers me from months prior on occasion. Thank you for making my experience at Smith's so great Stephen!

AVOID THIS PHARMACY AT ALL COSTS!!! Only go here if you want to lose even more faith in the healthcare system and in humanity. I could seriously write a novel about how awful they are and how condescending they are to people--not even just what's happened to me, but also how I've witnessed them treating those in line in front of me--, but I'll just say the pharmacist here should be in a different field...one that does not involve working with people.Just the tip of the iceberg: She'll be rude, condescending, ignore you, talk over you, go into unrelated topics instead of answering your question, and even outright tell you she knows better than you and your doctor about medicines you've taken for years, even so far as gaslighting you about it.I once had to call them and get put on the line with her. I had my phone on speaker with some friends around while I dealt with a prescription issue. Long story short, even they were left appalled and disgusted with the way she was. I seriously was in tears after hanging up. My old pharmacy is farther away for me, but after having used this one for a year, it's worth it to drive farther if it means never having to deal with this place again.

One of their pharmacist called 5 different pharmacies to try to see if they had an antibiotic we needed for our daughter, since they didn’t have it. I’m so grateful for how helpful and kind they all are. Thank you again Alexandra, you’re incredible!

I can't believe that people will not use Smith's pharmacy. I have used CVS, Walgreens, Walmart and Costco. Nothing compares to smiths pharmacy. They are friendly and will always go the extra mile to make sure your medication is filled in a timely manner. If you need refill, they call your Doctor for you. If you need it sooner (Tony the pharmacist) will call other locations near you to find it for you!

I moved to the araa recently and needed to buy my bi-weekly allowance of Claritin-D (sudafed, which is a real pain in the @ss to buy for those of us with chronic allergies. A non-driver (due to major vision loss), I have used my passport card as the ID for these purchases for 3 years. It requires manual entry versus scanning as with state issued ID cards anbd driver licenses. I was told by another pharmacy I had to have a driver license (actually discrmination under ADA....not every one drives or is able to drive....I did not ask for my optic nerves to degrade and should have equal access to needed medications without a driver license). The staff at Smith's pharmacy had not gone though the sale of sudafed with a passport card, but instead of making it my problem, showing me frustration, or outright telling me I had to have a driver license or I could not buy itm Deborah, Tony, Matt and Laura went to work and figured it out using in store resources as well as making calls to support staff. It took them 15 minutes or so, but they did what it took to sell me the product using the passport card. I was extremely impressed that a busy pharmacy did what it took to take care of my needs despite the extra effort it required. Over the first 4 weeks of my time in Henderson, I have fount every employee in this store to be incredibly friendly, helpful (special thanks to Mary who was my cahier who normally works in floral for actually intrducing herself, shaking my hand and welcoming me to the area and to her store) and the prices incredibly low for high quality products in all departments. Thanks Smiths for fostering a fantastic service frame of mind in your staff. You are my first stop for prescriptions and other products under your room as long as I remain in Henderson!

I had the unfortunate luck of dealing with two rather rude employees at this Smith's location. I had to call last week regarding a couple of prescriptions and spoke with Matt, who is uncaring at best. He took down the wrong information, had an attitude the whole time, and tried to blame me for his mistake. Today, he did the same thing. My grandfather went to pick up prescriptions that I had not even asked for and he was given two glucagon kits which I had specifically told Matt last week that I did not want because my insurance would not cover them. He claims he does not recall this. I remember telling him I had not used them in twelve years, so I would just skip that prescription. So instead of not filling the glucagon, he did not refill my humalog. The medication that keeps me alive. So now I have no humalog and two useless glucagon kits. I called to complain about the inattentive mistake and was immediately passed off to the the pharmacist. I unfortunately do not recall his name, but he too was impolite. There was no “we apologize†or even a consideration that Matt may have messed up and lied to cover his fault. Everything was blamed on me and I was told there was nothing that could be done (in a very terse tone). This is inexcusable. If I go to McDonald's, I expect a screw up here and there. If I go to a pharmacy, I expect it to be perfect. Both employees should be heavily reprimanded and ashamed. Take some pride in your work and at least attempt to take responsibility for your actions. I will no longer be using Smith's pharmacies.

The prices at Smith's are good. This store used to be my favorite store when staff was friendly. Now they are grumpy and don't want to be bothered by the costumers for anything or even a friendly hello. So disappointed with it lately, may start going elsewhere for my groceries and floral needs. Been using this store since 2002 have seen many changes but lately feel like when I need groceries I dread going there. I usually enjoy doing my shopping.

I have been coming here since it opened. It's hard to give a review on a typical grocery store. The staff has always been friendly. I like how the smiths app has a free item every Friday. Also your points can be used towards the gas station which always seems to have a really good price.
