Never has a basket here... they have like 5. Always have to get a cart. That's a trick btw to get you to buy more because you have a cart.
I think ALL Smiths parking lots are a nightmare. I've never been in one that isn't a pain to navigate.

I'm so disappointed. My first month here I would've and have recommended The Glenn and its staff with perfection. 2nd month had lingering issues that should've been easily resolved...now 50/50. 3rd month in and I feel like I recommended this place to a friend or coworker, they'd hate me in a month of living here. My complaints come with solutions but I feel it's not getting to the right ears. Shame on you Glenn.

I've been shopping and getting my prescriptions at this grocery store since 2018. The staff is amazing especially the pharmacy department. They are very kind, respectful, and helpful.
