I would give 0 stars if I could. The long lines are ridiculous. They have all these registers and none of them get used. They never have a plan to help customers hurry out of the store.

This is a larger supermarket. The staff is extra helpful. Large deli with many cheese options.

Lots of Riff Raff outside the store. As a senior, it made me very uncomfortable.

I’m kinda on the fence as far as this Smiths is concerned. I had a good customer service and I had bad customer service. I asked for help finding something, and it was like the end of the world for them. Taking the time to help an older woman find denture adhesive was just too much.
The customer service at the registers was excellent though. My cashier was friendly and a courtesy clerk helped me out to my car.

A REAL grocery store. Not only did I stock up my hotel fridge with tasty healthy food that saved me $$$ compared to hotel food .. but my Kroger card from Texas works so I got additional discounts

I would actually rate them 0 stars!!! Long story, I went to this location because it was close to my Dr.'s office. I had gotten there by paratransit and had to get $ back for the return drive home. So I went and purchased a bottle of aloe vera water the cheapest thing I could find. I get to the register and the attendant explained that I needed to purchase 5 bottles of the water to receive the cost of the item to be .99 cents. So I said no problem, ring me up for the others and I'll go get them. (1st nasty interaction) She rung them up and I went and got the other bottles of aloe vera water. We'll I'm attempting to do this quickly as I can because I still have to get to my Dr.'s appointment but I need cash back for the paratransit ride as I mentioned before. So I purchased the water and go to my Dr.'s appointment. The entire time I'm waiting to be called back I'm telling myself I'm taking this stuff right back because the attendant was nasty and unprofessional (Gabrielle 1st nasty interaction)!! So I see my Dr., and head back to the store. I walk in and approach the cashier by the name of Gabrielle (1st nasty interaction) when I return. I explain to her that I'm displeased about my interaction and she turns and says well you have to go to customer service. Not a problem (2nd nasty interaction is with Monique). (1st nasty interaction) Gabrielle begins to explain to Monique (2nd nasty interaction) because she's working in customer service (2nd nasty interaction) Monique looks so confused. So I interject and slowly explain that I would like to return the items I had previously purchased. (1st nasty interaction) Gabrielle turns to me and says you don't have to be so hostile🤔. Now I don't know about anyone else, but interjecting and explaining is not being hostile!!! So now I'm in the hands of (2nd nasty interaction) Monique who is side eyeing and doesn't apologize just keeps looking down and I ask her is it because of my color that I'm considered hostile? She ignored me, so repeated myself. She looked (2nd nasty interaction) with a look of disgust and said ma'am I'm just trying to help you🤔. So helping me means no empathy, no apology just nasty (2nd nasty interaction)!!! So after the very disrespectful and poor interaction from both, (1st & 2nd nasty interaction) I ask for a manager. Well the called for a manager I believe named Ndoko🙂 (1st interaction that showed empathy and sincerity). I explained that I was called hostile for simply explaining myself to the employee. She immediately apologized and said she would talk to her. The manager provided me with a # to call. So I get home and go to the website and submit my complaint. I've received many emails that say someone will be calling to address the matter and I'm still waiting. This interaction happened on 10-8, and no one has called to address the issue with me. When I submitted my complaint I requested a call from the company. I've gotten several emails as I mentioned that say someone will call but clearly that a stall tactic!!! I'm still waiting!!! So if you like disrespectful employees who treat customers like crap please visit this location!!! Otherwise Smith's/Kroger has lost my business!!! Please share the post. Because all dollars matter. However black dollars definately matter. We have more control than we think the consumer!!!! You cannot just treat people however you want slander their character. Your employer should be ashamed of Gabrielle (1st nasty interaction) and (2nd nasty interaction) Monique for such a disrespectful way they handled a customer. I will never visit that Smith's/Kroger again!!!! Vegas now has Aldi & Grocery outlet. They will definitely get my business 🙂.

I come here all the time / The lack of customer service and attentiveness is outrageous. You have 4 to 5 employees sitting by the self check - out one or two people at the cashier and miserable customers, frustrated and unattended - These problems typically can , but everybody stands around with their hands behind their back arguing and bickering amongst themselves - Deflecting any sort of responsibility. I’m giving the two stars because I could see that they’re trying. It’s just upper management neglects heavy

Paying customers aren’t allowed to use the restroom. Do the men who create these rules realize at least half of the paying customers are women/mothers without bladder control? I’ll pay for groceries and the restroom elsewhere.

There always some geriatric guy who hangs outside the store and asks people to buy a Pepsi. Hes not all there but the store is tired of asking him to leave so if you like being harassed ever time you Shop this is the spot for you
