40 years in Vegas and I never experienced anything like this smiths! Nightmare experience at this store! especially the big lady at self checkout they call Vanessa she must be very close with the managers! she decided it was more important to send her iMessage text Instead of answering my question then saying huhh after sending her message as if I was some second priority and not a customer how are you even texting on the clock??? Who is allowing this? I will be recording every visit from now on so I can get a lawsuit ready considering how much this store messes up I’ll find one soon for sure.I will also be making a Reddit page so more people can be aware of this place and the corruption inside it

I shop here quite often. Number one store to me in Vegas for groceries . They have a new security guard who is high power and accused me of stealing when I showed my receipt I got no apology or explanation. Just accused, embarrassed, and yelled at by a man that’s highly ignorant and not a good look. I understand theft is at a all time high but fortunately I have enough funds to live my life legally

This place just needs to close. They aren’t rotating or pulling expired product off the shelves. My one year old just ate expired food from 2024 which we didn’t catch until this morning. This isn’t the first time it’s happen usually I catch it and I’m like it’s whatever but this time she ate it. All their frozen food is usually freezer burnt or looked like it sat out on a pallet all day then finally put in the freezer and you can’t even eat it because it’s all stuck together. Expired rotten deli salads expired Mac and cheese from the deli and you also can’t complain or contact corporate because it’s all automated so at this point I’m probably gonna contact the health department. Five issues with expired foods in the past month is honestly too much.
