Not sure what the address is on this place but I think there's always fights going on outside in the parking lot with homeless people. That is...if this is the one on Flamingo.
The inside of the store is clean the workers are all very nice and I absolutely love their prices compared to other grocery stores. Thank you very much

Very busy but u get thru, pretty fast, some of the workers are loud, can be rude, but it's well stocked, oh lots of wildlife keep it head on a swivel

Terrible Leadership at store 4001, Decatur and Flamingo.
This is the third time I’ve been yelled at by David, at this location. I never have a good experience with this location (4001). Never had a single issue at the surrounding locations. Majority of the employees at store 4001 are either: undertrained in duties, rude, or a combination of both. This is not to take away from the hard workers who constantly smile, look for solutions and not excuses. David, the manager on duty, was horrible. He yelled at me, telling me “it’s not his job to service me”, “I don’t work for you”, “I will trespass you for having an attitude “ and “I’m not going to change the customer service policy for you!” All of this language stemmed from my carts being taken and broken down as go backs while using the restroom. David’s courtesy clerk said he waited for 10 minutes before being told to return the perishables but in reality, I left for cart for less than five minutes to utilize the locked latrine. I was met with the front end supervisor on duty, who provided many apologies but no solution. I offered two solutions, remedies that are already being enacted by two neighboring locations (Tropicana/Jones and Decatur/Spring Valley) and David, once he arrived, responded with “ he doesn’t care what they do”. This is not leadership. This should not happen 3 different times within a year’s time frame. Because this is my 3rd negative interaction with this gentleman, I must file a formal complaint. I even offered to compare timestamps with the camera and was met with “ we don’t do that here, it’s not a court room”. I hate this location (4001). The customer service is last on the list of professionalism. As a third party shopper, every other location works together with me, ( whether that’s Instacart, DoorDash or private shopping) to look for collaborative solutions. At 4001, I’ve only ever been met with hostility and dismissal of said issue. No one wants to be great at this location and it shows how they treat certain folks. David ALWAYS seeks to establish some sort of dominance opposed to deescalating the situation. I have seen him behave in this manner with other chosen customers, although not yet discrimination. Ron, the GM was unavailable during this interaction. The madam at the customer service desk presented exemplary service. I wish she was the leader in that situation as this verbal dispute occurred near that desk area. Lastly, David threatened to have me legally trespassed because I requested a solution to the mistake at hand. This is absolutely unacceptable and a display of incompetent leadership. Due to the threat of legal action, this has prompted me to consider legal counsel for this threat. Please correct this action with additional customer service training, empathy education and reconsidering the onboarding process for leadership roles (team leads, shift supervisors and assistant managers) or pulling from more successful, surrounding locations. Thank you for your time and the consideration of this matter.
