It was a pain finding their simple location and then to find out about their onerous delivery fee. Both which should have been easy to find on their website cs a few texts back and forth, that’s a pain in itself, to be told to call them. Still deciding whether to use them….see my other review…..just responding to Google here.
Just updated my review to 3 stars after finally ordering my Ketamine compound from them…..they are cheaper and much faster than Partell, but with the now $17 delivery fee, it’s $6 less….and while I had sent my info in via the secure text, I had to repeat everything to Sara, who was most pleasant, cheerful and fun in verifying everything and slitting me for delivery. Best she could say is that they’d call before arriving before 5p- no biggie, as I’m disabled and not going out today, I do like to know about ehrn due to insomnia and having my phones ring quietly. She didn’t know the flavoring of the troches but, meds can never taste good- prevents pets and kids from snacking on them. Hopefully it’s mint and not the nauseating fruit punch Partell would use and that they have a longer shelf life, as 12 200mg troches are $67 plus the delivery fee of $17, vs $85 + $5 at Partell and you’re dealing with nicer ppl, faster prep time. PLS STAY TUNED - I hopefully will update to 4 stars later tonight after my first dose in a few months…..can’t give them a 5-star because if the delivery….if it wasn’t a controlled med, I’d have Uber pick it up along with a pizza, no joke. Puzza from elsewhere, though….woukd be good horizontal buz integration. Wish they had a website as well.
Updated to 4 stars- fast delivery, GREAT cold packaging and 5-7 bucks cheaper than Partell even with delivery charge. No receipt was supplied and no response to a secure text request yet, so I just left a msg. $87 bucks- I want my insurance reimbursement. Interesting Raspberry flavor, but still icky….but that’s legal FDA reg.

I called for 2 weeks to get a prescription refilled. They never answer the phone and then call back at odd hours. Incredibly rude person named Cole who finally answered today. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere with their horrible customer service.

An unpleasant experience overall…employees are lazy and customer service is in existent at this establishment. I suggest going elsewhere for your compounding needs.

Do not use this pharmacy at all costs. They are rude, unprofessional, and over priced. Highly recommend going to meta pharmacy for all your compounding pharmacy needs. You'll be thankful you did.

Needed a compound and vet recommended this business, trust vet so came here. Business called to advise they got the script, advised when it should be ready and to call ahead before pickup to be sure. Called ahead was ready, picking up parking was plentiful and business clean. Staff were polite and efficient, checkout and consultation great. As for selection- seemed to have a good one on the floor and I assume back of house. Value- well cheaper than human and if it works will help pet so yup good value. No complaints just praise for y'all thanks for it.

I cannot recommend this pharmacy enough. I have been using them for years They are helpful and polite. The head pharmacist, Matt, is incredibly knowledgeable. It's always a good sign of a well run business when you see the same people year after year. Sometimes it's frustrating that they take lunch off, but I'm sure that is such a big reason that the staff loves athe positivity that their team morale brings to customers

COMPOUNDS DR PRESCRIPTIONS.My specialist doctor prescribed a special medication not available at regular pharmacies. This compounding pharmacy has provided me with this prescription many times at a reasonable cost in a short time.I highly recommend this pharmacy.
