I wish I could remember the woman’s name that helped me today… she was PHENOMENAL. Running around the store helping 5 different people at once and is honestly the reason I actually purchased anything today! The best customer service I’ve experienced in a retail store ever.

I walked into this store a few moments ago and while there was a minor greeting not a single person offered to help me. It was my first time and my aunt has recommended this store to me because she has bragged about the comfort especially having more of a larger bust. But it was for nothing as I was never helped and walked out utterly flabbergasted. Perhaps that’s why my aunt only orders from the website. A shame because there were many cute pieces I was interested in.
I am not sure if they were short staffed or what the actual issue was but either way it was a terrible experience.

Well, it started a bit rocky after a 45 min wait on a virtual call. But call it a god send because after 4 kids I needed a new bra. Finally, Tara called me, suggested to get a fitting and I did. I found my new size and something I liked within minutes; I was definitely in and out within 30 minutes like she said. The young lady who helped me fit was so knowledgeable, it was so great to talk to her. (She's the assistant manager for a reason). Plus, prices are phenomenal, even the sales! And that's why you get you 5 stars ✨

I had a wonderful experience at this location Soma today! Shay (I hope I spelt that right!) was so kind, understanding and patient with me. I spent all morning trying bras on and to no avail - my husband found Soma and suggested we try there. I am SO happy we did. I have NEVER been treated with such respect with getting sized. Shay brought me all styles and really helped explain what fits worked and what we could do to improve. A very self esteem boosting experience for me. I will definitely be returning and getting all under garments from Soma! Thank you Shay for making this experience worth it.

Every time I come here I always hope Shay is here to assist me. She genuinely seemed like she cared when I came in to learn my bra size and the styles Soma had to offer. I wish everyone was like Shay!!

I was grateful for the help in sizing from Stephanie, yet must return all i purchased as they do.not fit properly; my girls keep popping out! Lol. I realize it's not an exact science especially since most women have one larger then another.Finding the proper fitting bra can be daunting, plus so many styles to choose from!Next time I'd like to look around the store instead of have someone bring me the styles and fit they think i should wear.My.daughter-in-law suggested another location. So i might try that.
