I haven't gone to sonic for a while. Decided to have a little something at a spur-of-a-moment thing. I was disappointed. It isn't what I remember it was. Their double sonic was flavorless. Aside from the toppings the burger was tasteless. Also had the chili hot dog. It should be called salty chili dog. I'll probably be back for their specialty drinks and ice cream treats.

The last handful of times we've been to this sonic we have a had bad service, missing food and a bad attitude at the window.

We waited over 30 minutes for ice cream and then they messed up our order and made us wait even longer, while still expecting us to pay full price. Never going there again.

Absolutely horrible establishment. We go here maybe once a year to see if it gets better but it somehow just gets worse. Waited in the drive thru line for almost 40 minutes, was given the wrong order 3 times, then when we went to pay, their machine was down. She refused to just give us the food for wasting our time even though most of it was just sitting right there. Never again.

I love getting a slushy from this place, especially on hot days or when the late-night munchie hits the right spot my partner loves getting home and adding Condensed milk to some of their slushies I suggest trying

Drove up to the window at 1:54 am (12/3) after work and was told by a female voice that they were closed unless I'm doing door dash. On the window it says 24hrs and on Google it says until 530 am. Either way- somebody's info is wrong.

I moved into this neighborhood in 2006 and this Sonics was great. Service has been getting worse and worse and management and/or corporate doesn't seem to care because if they did, it would be better by now.Today in the drive thru I heard the customer ahead of me being cut off by whatever employee was taking the orders in the drive through, and the Sonics employee saying "and".... "What else"..... "drive forward" .... No please at all. No manners. Very condescending. Same thing happened when it came to my turn. I worked fast food many ages ago and we were held to different standards. Hope that the customer service improves..... We don't realize what a difference a good mood and smile makes!

I get off work at 1am and struggle to find places to eat. If I show up anytime between 1:30am and 4am, there is always an excuse as to why they are not open. Please update the hours to show that you are closed between 1am and 4am or however long it takes to clean, reboot systems, etc. Food is fine about 90% of the time. Also, the drive-through wait time is usually pretty long. 50/50 shot on staff being friendly.
