I wouldn't recommend Spectrum I had stopped using their service back in March and remind you I had told them I cancel/terminate my service because I am moving out of state.But to my surprise they were still changing me for service at my old address Etc...What a mess.

I paid for equipment for installation of internet and wifi to be installed in a mountain vacation home. I called Spectrum to ascertain if I could have my son or son in law pick up the equipment upon providing my account number and providing their identification.I was given a number to call (solutions). I called and attempted to get an answer to my concerns. I posed the question six (6) or more times and each time her response was an effort to sell me some type of warranty for the equipment.I had intended to inquire and obtain television services as well. I was so exasperated with lack of response to my equipment concern, that I hanged up.I called DirecTv and equipment and installation is scheduled in five days. Your customer services is POOR. Give the customer what they ask for, then attempt to sell your revenue stream.I will be seeking reimbursement for the equipment that I never received and your company will not receive a revenue stream for television services.

I'm available now ! I work from home and my employment has been jeopardized due to the excessive loudness in my background while taking phone calls and have been written up twice. I also called the office yesterday and the line was busy for over an hour. I also walked over and while speaking to the other leasing workers the office manager closed her door as if I was talking to loud and she didn't want to hear my complaint which I believe is EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL! I am currently a tenant and have been for over a year. I have never been a problem or late paying my rent ever. I DO NOT APPRECIATE THE WAY THAT THIS HAS BEEN HANDLED. FOR ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING TO RENT HERE. DO NOT !

The "5 star" place you've cultivated here over the years has mold in every unit I've looked at. When I asked for lights to be changed because the bedroom lights were completely out, it never happened. I ended up having to go buy a ladder AND light bulbs and change them myself. Your fridge is struggling for its life and your track lights go in and out. I pay OVER 1800 for a small, very dark 1 bedroom here because you suddenly decided you wouldn't take money orders anymore. Oh and to top it off, you keep your dumpsters out and it's already a small drive. I've talked to a lawyer, you're not supposed to do that. Now my car has damage to it because your complex leaves the dumpsters out of their holding place.

I absolutely LOVE living here. I've been here for 3 weeks, and I will tell you, this place has the most professional staff I've ever seen. From day 1 of applying, Debbie helped me through it all! Her smile and willingness to help from beginning to end is what helped me make my decision to rent here. I LOVE my apartment and the location. I LOVE the staff especially Ms Debbie! and I LOVE the professionalism overall. I highly recommend seeing Debbie if you want the same experience I had!!!!!!

Honestly I haven't even lived here for a whole entire year and I've had my air unit break 6 times and moved in the middle of winter with zero heat as well, my oven always reads error codes so I can never bake, walls and cabinets are cheaply painted and if you just barely scratch them with you nails the paint will fall right off. The seal on my door was broken and I was missing a handle to my bathroom and my fan in my living fan broke and shot out at me while I was standing by the sink, along with the light covers attached. Nobody cleans up after their pets, and all you ever hear next to the dog park is loud barking 24/7 because there are zero lights around the dog park or walk ways. Do not ever leave your blinds open because it will give everyone and the apartment managers reasons to write you up. maintenance is very nosey and does not respect the privacy of your home. On top of all the extra fees we get charged my rent is 1350$ and my utilities are about 600$ not worth these ghetto apartments I can't wait to leave. I am constantly tired of hearing couples yell and argue all times of the night and having random inspections that traumatize my dog. If you loose anything! You will always have to do a money order even if it's 5$ they do not take card or cash. There no way to escape the roaches! Not worth the double deposit I had to pay simply have seen and experienced to many unacceptable living conditions. My dog is also extremely scared and tramautized By the dog park because people pop off fire works at night there without warning.

This place is AMAZING, manager Debbie made my experience so smooth from the time I came in to see the apartment to the time I moved in. My apartment/townhouse home was spotless, I have friendly neighbors and theses are super affordable. Did I mention how awesome Debbie was? Anything questions I had about my unit she was there to answer, she is always friendly, always smiling she is truly the star of this complex. I'm so happy i moved in here and I don't plan on leaving anytime soon. This is place where you can really call home. I definitely recommend theses apartment townhomes to anyone. If I can give more then a 5 start I would.

I found spectrum online while looking for an apartment while outside Nevada. Debbie was prompt and sweet as can be, however at move in I was given a apartment that was clearly not ready for move in - not clean, not painted, left with the old tenants nail marks, a bedroom light that was not working. Debbie walked me through and said she'd get the light fixed ASAP I lived there a year and never got my light fixed. I put in two separate work orders as well as visited the office multiple times and still never got my light fixed. They now are charging me 742 dollars to clean the apartment - what did y'all do with the other tenants deposit if the apartment was given to me a complete mess??? DO NOT MOVE HERE!

The leasing office is garbage here. Don't bother. I wish I would have read previous reviews about them not giving a crap if you have an appointment or not for a tour. The leasing agent decided that a walk-in was more priority over someone who made an appt. "Well I'm already helping her so you can come back later or tomorrow. I'm the only one that's working." Hahaha what a joke. I hope you get told the same thing after having to drive across town and wait for nothing.

I gave it a 3 star only because I love the style of my apartment unit, I also love the view that I have from my windows. However, maintenance is terrible. I pay almost $2,000 a month to stay in a renovated unit and nothing is new. I have old appliances, dirty yellow blinds, cracked toilets, and a big hole on my wall. I have been trying to get decent maintenance for almost a year, and they come due a half job and never finish. I have been waiting on blinds to be replaced for almost a year, all I get is excuses. There is dog s*** everywhere in the parking lots, grass, and sidewalks. It's like playing hop scotch to get to your apartment without stepping on dog s**** Police in and out due to violence and noise disturbances from people who live here. It's unfortunate because if they put effort into fixing units repairs, cleaning dog s**** fine dog owners, and keeping disturbances down, this would be a good place to live. The staff has to get onboard to pay so much and them not care is NO GOOD!

I am a new tenant at spectrum and so far the attention to details is what is getting this review a low one. From the initial walk through the apartment smelled like a casino and I had to get it fogged the next day. Multiple Scratches/ patches all over most of the apartments and miss matched paint and horrible lighting with some bulbs out around the unit. I understand that this might be minor to some- but if we are charged a security deposit at move in what was done with the previous tenants deposit? Because it wasn't used properly to clean this unit. I am really big on presentation/ detail and I give spectrum a 0 on that one. Now- I do have to give them credit for the leasing staff Debbie she helped me very promptly and assisted me in any way possible and accommodating as possible, She seemed to be the only staff member I've seen so far in the office. The complex has been quiet and i can say I have lived in the surrounding community for 5+ years and it is very safe.

Spent five years living here, never gave them an issue. Never late for rent. No complaints from neighbors. I left my apartment spotless. I live by myself, no pets, no kids. nothing. I put down a $300 deposit and when I left they sent me a check for $2.53. Supposedly it cost 297.47 to clean a one bedroom apartment with no damage, marks on the floor or carpet stains. I put up with a lot of crap from them for a long time. Ms. Debbie was very nice, the rest of them were not. But this was a complete slap in the face. I keep that check as a reminder of how bad people can treat you in business.

Do yourself a favor and read all the negative reviews. They are all accurate. I should have believed them upon moving in. This place may seem put together on the outside when you're touring, but it's a real mess that nobody cares about including the property management team and the tenants. One story apartments are on the bottom level with two-story apartments on the second level with hard wood floors, you have to ask yourself what genius thought of this. You can hear every little thing from running water like Niagara Falls, to slamming cabinets, walking around, talking etc. People do not have proper apartment etiquette. There are cockroaches all over during the warm summer nights, you can see them scurrying as you walk from your car to your apartment, they climb on the BBQ area/utensils and then people use them, and then they hang out and feed off the food particles left on the ground. See other reviews that note this roach problem, it's been on going and clearly not handled. Additionally, the massive amounts of dog feces all over the property is so gross which also attracts roaches. The tenants allow their dogs to go in areas where there is clearly a marked "not a designated dog area" sign, and the p*** is all over the property sidewalks, rocks, designated dog areas etc. and it remains for days because neither the tenant nor the property maintenance team cares to pick it up. Again, read other reviews that have noted the p*** problem. Clearly management doesn't care to keep the property clean, and you can report it all you want as they say "we will take care of it" and it takes them days, or sometimes they just don't do it. The trash is continuously overflowing in all of the common areas, and the property team just leaves it forever. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra money for a rental house or an apartment community that is more upscale so you don't regret it in the long run. I'm

Loved that the staff was all wearing a mask. Everything went great! It's a beautiful property. Gale (spell check) was so nice and helpful. Shes very respectful and I would definitely be coming back to speak with her directly for any needs.
