Good variety of snacks and craft beer. Employee turnover is very high. Half the employees are great and the rest not so good. Management is the main reason for most of the problems. It is very poorly run. Also good luck with the car wash, there's a 50/50 chance that it works right. I wouldn't recommend this place unless it's the only choice you have.

I give it 1 because of the manager ...if I could it would be a minus) EMPLOYEES ARE GREAT. The problem is the manager. She is nasty and berating to her employees in front of customers and she is nasty and berating to customers as well. This is why there is such a big turnover there. Get rid of her!!!!!

I called once if they can order beer(they did not have what I wanted, they are not rare at all), the man who picked up was good, he told me to call back so I did. This woman picked up phone and I very politely asked if they succeed to order my beer. She said, in very, impolitely, “we don’t do order”, and literally hung up the phone call. Very rude. I explained also the other employee said he will try to order(he asked manager he said). The thing is those awful employees destroy their reputations. Those small merchant should really be careful. She doesn’t need to be rude because I wasn’t. She could’ve said they don’t do order politely.

02.01.2023, Speedee Mart on 3480 S. Hualapai Way @ String Mountain I’m replacing my propane tanks since they open, I been living in this area since 1999, never have a problem but this time I got this propane tank the valve was defective just keep leaking, the tank was full, used just once, you can feel it still full, went back to the store and explain to the manager I got this propane tank couple month ago and used once, you can see the tank was still full but the valve its defected, keeps leaking gas when you turn on the valve. She start to running me around with so much arguments for no reason, after all finally she replace it, and at the end saying this is the last time I’m replacing for you, like I got issues every single time with my propane tanks, this was the only time I got a problem with propane tanks in 24 years being in this neighborhood. I’m wandering if she’s a customer and she’s getting the same customer service the way she’s providing. Never on this location again.

Went in to buy some drinks for later along with other non-alcoholic purchases. My boyfriend and I are both over 21 and we have been coming to this place for years; I brought my ID, he didn't. We both got carded despite me being the only one to handle the alcohol, and it was one bottle. We got turned away because he didn't have his ID. It was a really strange rule to enforce in this instance, like are you going to card an eight year old kid coming in with his mom because she wants to buy a drink?? No big deal, we'll just come in with both ID's on hand next time but like.... Come on, you recognize us.

I'm going to say that the staff in this station is the best in the world, well, I don't know about, the world, but ,Las Vegas anyway. Very friendly to the players and quick with that ice cold water cuz you know, it's a desert out there! Thank you Tiffany.xxooxo

Worst place to get a car wash. There system is flawed I paid for two car washes and used one and then went back a few days later to get the other car wash which I had paid for and the code stopped working. I went inside and a rude lady told me the code expired and once it expires you cannot get a car wash that you paid for. So I have a receipt with me with an unused car wash that they sold me and there are telling me that I cannot redeem it because machine delete the codes every few days. Sounds like the biggest scam in the worst part was the cashier inside was super rude about it.

The cashiers are always nice to me and the other customers. They have a great staff, every single one of them so far. One of my favorite gas stations to go to.

This is one of my favorite gas stations simply because every employee I've talked to their is very nice and professional. I usually go out of my way to go hear even though there is other gas stations around.

Speedee Mart continues to impress me with their collection of craft beer on stock. I reviewed one of their other locations already, so I don't want to say the same thing, but thank you for stocking a large assortment of Michigan craft beers. They're hard to find in Las Vegas, so I appreciate you providing a little taste of home. I'll continue to buy my craft beer from Speedee Mart!

Miserable mean little man inside wouldn’t honor my car wash receipt and now I’m out $8. Horrible customer service. 4:30 pm on 3/3/20. I hope the manager does something about this miserable soul. Told me to come inside when I called instead of reading me my code and losing my place. Used to love this place but no more.

Had a $6 car wash and their machine completely missed the back side of the car. After confronting the manager with this at first she is asking why I didn't comeback yesterday and I told her I just noticed it last night then she is telling me that she has check the camera and she can not see anything. I took her to the car and show her the back as you can see in the picture below and she tells me that she doesn't believe me and I am lying This is unbeliever will never go there again

This place is a HIDDEN gem. Gas station with a very good selection of craft beers. Very good selection as well. They know their beers. Clean gas station. I love all speedee marts but I believe this store has the most inventory.
