I was so stunned by the amount of respect, caring and understanding that came from this gas station. I was having a bad day and the women at this store were not only so very helpful but changed my opinion about gas stations in general. I received the best customer service I have had in years. I literally felt like I was a high roller in 5 star casino. Debbie was so amazing and what really blew my mind was how down to earth the store manager Kristine was. She exuded confidence at the same time displaying compassion and grace.The store was so clean I forgot I was an a gas station And the dollar table was so nice and full I have literally have been able to feed my family with it. May the Lord bless your futures ,careers , families and your lives in every way possible 🙏
Thank you God for using these ladies to turn my day around because in these ugly times people overlook the importance of a kind word and quick and efficient service . Definitely a blessing 💯🙌🙏❤️👑

Stopped here for a little pit stop. This place is not too big but clean. They have a lot of items to choose from. Cashier was super nice. Fast and friendly service.

There is a very rude woman working i guess morning shift on Craig and Decatur las vegas location until 2pm or 2:30pm however your shifts may work. I came in Saturday may 18th between 1:45-2pm. I was the tall guy wearing a shell station uniform shirt. I saw a sign on the door for a $6 discount on a 4 pack of vapor. I'm registered on the app and I know if I input my phone number the price is supposed to drop. Well the price didn't drop so I was asking why and she kept saying she doesn't know why and saying do I want this or not cause she doesn't have time for this.
Plus this wasn't the first time I was treated badly by her. A few months ago I came in to buy the same thing. She was confused about what I was asking for so I kept pointing where is was and saying what it was. She finally found it and practically ripped it from the shelf causing others to fall on the floor. She never said 1 word to me the whole time. So once again this woman is very rude and surprised she still works there.

Whomever the relatively new guy working Monday mornings need to be let go. You open at 5am daily and yet the likelihood of the store being open at 5 on monday with the new guy is slim to none. Today I pulled up at 5:15 and made eye contact with the guy who then walked back into the office and left the front door locked. Waited 5 min without him returning. I waved off 2 additional costumers trying to enter. Your morning crew was impeccable until bringing on this guy.

Doors closed and locked at 9:45pm when the closing time is 11? If its a staff shortage thing then leave a note on the door saying as much.

We bought the double down package.Waited about 1/2hr between each drive I a was a little confused on why we were told twice we were next but then someone else went ahead of us. Finally after the third time being told I was next, it was my turn.

They have fantastic service at this location which is paramount to me. The gas prices aren't super high and they have a pretty descent rewards program. In fact, I drive half a mile out of my way to stop here almost everyday even though there is a perfectly functioning station right next to my house.

We like use Mobil gas so we drove 3 miles off the I 15 to get there, the bathroom was out of service. That's a bad way to take care of your traveling customers. We won't be back!
