The price to unlock a normal door which they damaged wood on the door. Not bad but noticeable using inflated balloons and metal latch to wedge in and unlock. Furthermore they charged 289. and I understood 129. I told the guy to add a 10. tip and bill ended up 310.!! They agreed to take 110. off but NEVER received it and they quit answering my calls!! So YOU make the decision to use this company or not?? I will also call the BBB and report this in full

I came in with a huge request and he was able to help but additionally he was fast! I made sure to save this number I will definitely be back! With the lack of customer service, we all face on a daily basis these days it’s refreshing to actually find a business owner that is not only polite and courteous, but very good at his job.

An old fashioned walk in locksmith shop with all the hi-tech tools. Friendly knowledgeable staff. 24 hr mobile service for emergencies, too. They treated me so well that I will always get my locks and keys there from now on. I bet they treat you right, too! ?

Called to get exact location as it's inside another store, told the guy I needed a vehicle key cut. Walked in and the other people said the guy just left, have to come back tomorrow. Waste of time and gas.
