I was treated very poorly. I physically checked in for my haircut and was told there is a 25 minute wait on the app. Several people physically arrived and checked in after me. They helped 4 people that physically arrived and checked in after me before me. The wait time on the app kept changing. I tried to get one of the "stylist" attention but was completely ignored. After 60 minutes of waiting and then calling the 5 person who arrived and checked in after me before me, I cancelled my appointment and left. I have tried to reach out for an explanation twice and Sports Clips has not responded. I think I was treated this way because I am gay. Why else would I be treated so poorly and different?

I love this place. it's easy to get in and out. Dani is awesome and a perfectionists. I highly recommend checking in on line.

Ivy did a great job. She took her time and stoped to check my opinion like 5 times which was nice. Mainly writing this review so I can look back on it when trying to remember the name of the person who did a great job. Poison Ivy!!!!!

Too many inconsistencies here. One week I get the works without asking (eyebrows cut, scalp get the once over after shampoo) the next two or three cuts those aren't even offered. After $15 tip yesterday my haircut cost me $45. Starting to rethink where I go for a simple buzz cut.

I didn't get the haircut I wanted and was not confident in them to fix it. I understand people have to start somewhere and learn but I at least expect to get what I'm paying for.

Me and my husband came here after he got the absolute worst hair cut at another location. We were leaving to go out of town the next day and having professional photos done so I was in an absolute panic and we had to make sure his hair looked good. Ash totally saved the day! She was also so so so sweet during the cut even with having to deal with my crazy anxiety riddled self hovering 3 ft away. She saved his hair and it looked wonderful for the pictures! Thank you Ash!!!

Nina is the only reason I still go to Sports Clips. Anytime she is not there I get mediocre hair cuts and stylists that don't know the difference between a 0 and a 00. I'd rather wait a few days for Nina to come back than allow someone else to cut my hair and end up shaving it all off at home. Make her a manager, give her a raise, and allow her to have as many days off as she wants.... Don't believe me, try doing online check in at this location and see her wait times......

Been coming here for about a year or two about once a month. I was on the fence about the place as I couldn't find a stylist that cut my hair consistently. That was until I had Nina cut my hair. She always had a long wait so I wouldn't get her. There's a reason why she always has a wait. She does a fantastic job and it's always consistent. As long as Nina is here I'll continue to be a customer. The app makes checking in easy, they tell you your wait time and send you texts if you choose. 5 stars for Nina! And watching sports while getting you haircut.

9/19/2021 I usually go here for a maintenance cut as I use a master colorist who colors my hair out of a personal home business. What I like is that the hair stylists here (not barbers) primarily have experience cutting men's haircuts. I have had Kendra twice here and her attention to detail while cutting my hair is always on point and I am very satisfied. She is very informative and knows her trade very well. She makes polite and entertaining conversation and I like that there hasn't been a long wait but just in case I try to book online at the same time. I look forward to continuing providing business here as I have had very satisfying experiences here thus far. Please keep it up!

I asked for a drop fade aka a low fade basically got the entire side of my head shaved .... ive been there before to the same stylist. she did good last time but she told me she didnt know what a drop fade is AFTER she had already took off all hair ..... just be honest if you dont know instead of ruining my haircut. I wanted to look nice for work the next day but now i look awful. the lady is nice but unfortunately im never coming back.

I don't know why I bothered to check in online. I checked in, it said 25 min. I went to the location with about 8 min left, got here only to be by passed by 2 people that I know didn't check in online. (They said "we didn't know you could check in). The board said I was on deck, and now 3 people including the 2 people that didn't check in were called before me, I'm still waiting and next to my name it still says on deck....I've now been here 35 min since it said 8 min left......

This place has bad reviews because the customer service is so bad and the lady who cut my hair just butchered it. Definitely not coming back, it was a last minute cut since everything was already closed and my barber was gone. Definitely won't be back.

I found a barber that was good in here the only thing that sucks is there up system is trash. If you make an appointment with someone , and there is someone in front of you and they are open to who ever is up first. Even if you have an appointment with that person they take the person in front of you. It should be first available that doesn't have an appointment. Therefore , they don't leave there loyal customers waiting . I just don't understand why if I make an appointment with a barber and I'm there on time few minutes early or even a few minutes late but I call in advance , that sets me back 30 minutes. Just because there's someone that's open to first available in front of me makes me want to find someone else that will work with me when the timing is set. A thirty minute haircut turns into a hour.
