Everytime I come into this T-Mobile store, there's always a bunch of customerS waiting and just a few staff members available to help.there's no line (que) system, you don't know who's in line or what's the que. Is one supposed to just sit and wait, wait until a staff member checks them in, IF and when the staff member becomes available.... ?Is there a way to pre schedule appointments?Is there a way to self "check in" upon arrival?Am I the only one that thinks walking into a T-mobile store is worst than waiting at DMV for a scheduled appointment?

My wife loves her new iPhone and Apple Watch. The manager that was working today helped us out a lot. She was very knowledgeable and helpful with setting up the phone and watch. On top of that she saved us over $250. This lady deserves a bump on her salary. Thank you

My experience here was excellent. I stopped by Friday 10/15 and spoke with Caroline about upgrades. We crunched numbers and she gave me a quote to sleep on. I returned the following day and EVERYONE was very nice. Caroline was awesome, knowledgeable and friendly. She handled my upgrade and while the data was transferring she helped other customers as well.Place was cleanCustomers greeted at the door10 out of 10 for this location100 out of 100 for Caroline

I wish I could put 0 star.To begin with, I’ve been a T mobile customer for about 20years +, I have never encountered such a poor customer service till I went to this place. The employee named Jess who happened to help me had no customer service, no one even acknowledged me when I walked into the store, I was ignored, I was not attended until I said something. As I said before, Jess had no customer service and was no where near friendly, she seemed like she had no interest in her job, I went to get my phone set up but she did nothing but help me put WiFi. Their employees need to be monitored more often for better customer service, if they hate their job they should not be working there. Thank you

Can I give less than one star?To preface, I'm usually okay if I have a bad customer service experience occasionally, however this specific location is horrendous. Every time I'm in there I have a bad experience. I absolutely love T-Mobile, so if you need a phone get it at another T-Mobile location.The associates here are literally the worst. I'm not speaking in hyperbole, either. Of every location I've been in, this stands out as the bottom of my list.I stood around for ten minutes before I was even acknowledged. Not even a head nod the entire time. There were plenty of people who could have assisted me, but they were busy chatting with each other. I was finally added to the empty wait-list. Others walked out because they went unacknowledged. They even helped people who were added to the list after me.This is one of the few times I wished for an option to give negative stars. Negative four stars from me.

1st time at this Location, JESSICA,was serving & providing the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE- I EVER received.TMobile always has great service,but when the employee is also superb,2 thumbs UP!! ,it makes the situation So much better.Keep up the great work.

I signed up for the home internet. I did the auto pay instore. At 12:05 on my due date, they shut my service off in the middle of my midterm. It took 38 minutes to figure out the problem. They chose to us my birthday for a pin number on the account, didn't ask me for my choice, and didn't tell me what they used. Then they're trying to charge me an extra $21.We get all that fixed service restored. I asked to sign up for the auto pay again. I don't get the $5 credit because I use my credit card. I'm not giving you access to my bank account! Then they change the due date to Nov. 13th. Today is Oct. 22ND they're cheating me out of 9 days.He said we are not cheating the system auto change due date. I told him somebody had to program it to do that! I'm not paying for 30 and only get 21 days! NO WAY!The representative said he can't change it it's the system and hung up! They verified my call back number but didn't, so I know he hung up!I'm tired of people stealing money, 6 dignity. T-mobile needs to fix this!TRAIN YOU AGENTS NOT TO BE COWARDS AND HANG UP ON PEOPLE. IT'S LOW CLASS AND INFIRUATING!

Absolutely terrible help. I tried and tried to get assistance but unfortunately could not be helped due to terrible service. I tried time and time again to appeal to them for purchasing a new iPhone 15 Pro Max, but they refused because I had drank too much after they had pushed me back an hour. I am not sure what I was supposed to do in the hour of waiting, after I had already scheduled and set aside the right item. Tmobile, if you please rewatch your video, you will see me plead to your management team for help on my situation, but they refused and I have no other recourse for solution. I believe her name was Thalia and there was another employee that added to the terrible service. I have never met a team so inadequate for helping and I hope that you guys address this situation immediately.

This place is a complete nightmare. I was a customer for only a few months. T mobile forced me into their internwt 5g service for $50 but I had to give them a credit card to place on my file. Beware: this is a trick. I talked to someone about their h deal and they still ripped me off the first month. after I have canceled my cancellation and decided to keep the internet after the two-week trial, these morons thought that I should still return their box but I've been using for my internet. When I went to the store to have them fix the issue, they told me I couldn't fix the issue without returning the box. That's that! I canceled the service. Now that I keep trying to return the box at different stores, these idiots refuse to accept the box. Since they have my card on file, they believe that they're going to be able to charge me $250 for the box that I've been using for their service. These people are just corrupt. I tried to return this box today to angelo, this person claimed to be the manager at this location but he seemed incompetent. I was forced to sit and wait even though I kept telling him I recently had neck surgery. He proceeded to assess another employee even though he was in the middle of trying to figure out how to return my box. Since he continued to be a douche, I ended up having to leave with the box and still no service. T- there is a reason why T-Mobile has so many Better Business Bureau complaints and so many fraud lawsuits

Just returned from this store after waiting 30 minutes, with no interaction from staff. Staff seemed to be in no hurry even though when I walked in other people were waiting (those people left before I did). One girl took my name while she was waiting on someone, then after 5 minutes she left, never to be seen again.Store may be understaffed (sign in window looking for help), but store manager was not there (not expected until after 12) -- if store is not staffed to service customers, then manager needs to step up and help. I have been to other T Mobile stores in the past, and was always waited on within 10 minutes. I'll try a store a little further from my house but I know I'll be waited on in a suitable time frame.
