I went to this store to upgrade the 3 phones on my account. I did each upgade about a week to two apart. My visit in store was okay and I learned that I can make a larger payment upfront to not make monthly payments for 2 phones so I did. It was when the bills came that I was being charged the monthly payments for the phones when I shouldn’t have been. I’ve been in contact with cs for 2 months and the issue still exist with no end date. The cs said the account was incorrectly set up so it will have to resolve itself within a few months meanwhile I’ll have to pay the ~$30 monthly fee for each phone. It is frustrating since I already paid this upfront so I don’t get a large cell phone bill. When this issue gets resolved, the cs said I will get my credit in the next bill or possibly at the end of my 2 years cell phone upgrade promo. I don’t usually leave reviews but this experience leaves a bad taste in my mouth and is horrific. I do not wish that for anyone. So people beware bc it’s a common problem.

I went to the T-Mobile store in Lavender Summerlin, and as soon as I stepped in, three sales team members were preoccupied. Only one person was available, and her name was Lacie. Then, I started to open up about switching from Verizon to T-Mobile. I was impressed with her skills and knowledge; her customer service was unexpected. She knew the answers to all my questions, but I did not end up getting anything because I needed to settle with Verizon first. I went back on March 20th, and she still gave me the impression of being a good team member of T-Mobile. She is the best of the best; luckily, I encountered such a valuable person at T-Mobile. Thank you Lacie.

I went there to transfer my phone numbers and get a account they told me that the third line is for free but Then they changed people the other told me they can’t because your account isn’t new how does that make sense and I traded in 2 phone to get a 15 they told me that they are going to unlock it but I checked on my t mobile app it’s says they are going to make payments on them for 24 months they didn’t tell me that or gave me a document to sign for it the manager and this one other person I don’t know his name but has grey hair rude and they are trying to rush everything they don’t even explain everything fully the only person that helped me out was a girl I do t remember her name but it stated with D.

Kevin is so relaxed and knowledgeable. He could not have been nicer or more reassuring. We got our screensavers changed and are able to upgrade the internet while saving money.

The staff members did an awesome job assisting me and were able to get my watch reset and paired. They were knowledgeable and friendly. This was my first time in this store. I will definitely be using this store for all my smart phone and watch needs.

Horrible customer service! Guillermo was who helped us and he was far from helpful. He was rude and tried to rush us out. He told us they didn’t have screen protectors when in fact they did.

The guy lied to us. Told us our monthly pay would be 143, turned out to be 168 plus an extra 90 the first month that he didn't tell us about. Don't get scammed.

I came to the store with a very complicated problem that was impossible to solve by myself. Luckily I met Judith, who helped me very effectively and efficiently. After a warm greeting, she listened to my description of the problem attentively and patiently. She was very good at understanding the situation and figuring out a solution quickly. Then she spent hours with me to call the right team and department in T-mobile to fix the problem. She was so efficient and effective in communicating with them with the right terms and means, which led to a much quicker and rightful fix. Really appreciate her help!

I love going to this location they’re always nice and friendly. It does take a bit longer because they’re always busy, but they always treat us with respect and resolve our issue.

It's been 32 years and it was time to make a change to a new cell phone service. T Mobile was the one and Dejon P was exceptional. He was patient with us, gave us all the information we needed and was just a fun guy to work with. I highly recommend this location and working with Dejon. Thank you for making this a less painful experience than it can often be. You are the best.

T-Mobile Store Expert Yoni A.was outstanding. He fixed my Internet that was missing key network connection. Yoni also replaced the protective glass with Expertise. Also he set my phone for Overseas while the 611 number had difficulty. This T-Mobile store is Awesome!
