This is my families second rude encounter with Rachel in the vitamins & body care area. She's prejudice and rude. Today she was busy with another customer when she rudely yelled at my 7 year old , "hands off" when my daughter was pointing at a bottle, I respond with there's a polite way to speak to children. Now I understand there's glass bottles but I had just let my daughter know not to touch so she was pointing when Rachel so rudely yelled at her "hands off". I do not appreciate that not one bit. The first time, my mother and aunt (who's is mentally challenged) were shopping when Rachel accused my aunt of stealing and was making all these ugly facial expressions towards my aunt because she was talking to herself. The manager really needs to speak to her and teach her how to correctly and politely speak to people. Also how not to judge someone based on how they're dressed or talking to themselves.

This is the worst sprouts in Las Vegas! The attitude with the staff at this store is just consistently sour! If you buy anything marked on cell watch that register half the time they’ll charge you the full price.

So the only issues I have were the sprouts is that they refuse to respect the tropical/exotic fruits they stock. When the overly delicious Cherimoya came into season around, I visited Sprouts because a friend of mine told me that Sprouts stock then and they have the extra large cherimoyas. They had a small one in stock, so I ended up buying it. Come last Wednesday, and on their website they had 4-5 in stock at the same location I went to. Went inside, nothing. The only fruit available was a handful of Kiwano Melons, aloe vera (which isn't even in the fruit family), the smallest, saddest Jackfruit. I was upset at all, until I saw their pathetic stock of mangosteen. I don't know why sprouts does this, but each coast 6.00 a piece. If you are like me and love mangosteen, then you know that they're supposed be purple-deep purple, have some give when you press in the button on the bottom, and have snow white flesh inside. I bought the best looking one, and when I opened it, gone was the snow white delicious flesh. It was replaced with a maggot, and had jet black sludge. So yourself a favor, if you live in Vegas, just buy your fruit from either 168 market (they have the freshest, sweetest, never frozen Mornthong Durian, they also stock fresh whole jackfruit, and in about a month, I hope they are going to restock Monstera Deliciousoso) and you can get a satchel of fresh Mangosteen for $18-$24.

I called ahead and asked if they had fresh rhubarb. The frozen food manager said they only had frozen. Upon arrival, there was plenty of fresh rhubarb. Don't expect a very high bar with the staff here.

This place is ok. They lock the bathroom and sometimes the products are over priced. They have a nice section in the back where dented cans are price slashed. It's been a great way to try new products at a fraction of the price.I don't go out of my way to come here, but its decent whenever I do.
