Disappointing Experience at StarbucksMy recent visit to Starbucks turned sour when the cashier insisted on checking the balance of my gift cards, only to discover later that they had stolen the remaining balance from one of them. This unethical behavior, especially in the midst of a long line, was deeply upsetting. I hope Starbucks takes action to prevent such incidents in the future and restore trust in their brand.

I went in early morning to grab coffee and it tasted like metal so the next day I went back in mentioned it. And the cashier made a face as if I was lying so he ended up giving me the coffee I don't know why I didn't try it inside but I only had a certain amount of time so when I go to drink this one it still tastes like metal just not as bad as the first one I was so disappointed

The staff here have all been very friendly and great at making sure they get the drink made the way ot is ordered.Wheelchair accessibility: They have really good wheelchair/handicap ♿️ access.

The beverage was not prepared according to my specifications, and it lacked the usual flavor and consistency that I enjoy. Additionally, the atmosphere of the store was not as welcoming. While I understand that occasional mishaps can occur in any establishment, I hope that Starbucks management will take this feedback into consideration to improve the overall customer experience at this location. I believe that with some adjustments to staffing, service efficiency, and attention to detail, this Starbucks can once again become a go-to destination for coffee lovers like myself.

Excellent location the pike brew was hot and fresh. The place is clean and the staff is really nice considering how busy they get.

Beautiful location. The staff was friendly and polite and my drink and food was ready quickly. Unfortunately every single outlet in the entire Starbucks was called off which is very disappointing. It’s walking distance from my condo so I brought my laptop and was hoping to work for an hour or so. Not I will have to leave and find somewhere else I can plug in. If I’d noticed before paying I would have found a different coffee shop. How lame. There’s a security officer right by the door doing nothing but look at his phone, I’m 100% sure he can make sure it’s only customers using the power outlets. How ridiculous to cap off every outlet in a coffee shop known for remote workers!

I've gone to this location for years and had no problems at all. Until today. The female barista (African American) at the window sounded impatient while taking my order. If I'm paying almost $7 for coffee it better be how I like it. Again even if my requests for my drink I never had any problems in the past, it's made just how I like it. This time, she kept saying "anything else?" , a pet peeve of mine because it sounds like you're annoyed because of the order. I ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frap. She said they were out of dark caramel. I said the regular caramel would be fine. While all taking my order, she went "one moment," then a male employee continued taking my order. At the window, I was given a drink without the usual crunch in top I backed up and asked about the crunch. She said she made a "Caramel Frap." I said no, I preferred the Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frap but when you said you're out of the dark caramel I said it's OK to use the regular carame. I never said to change my order to Caramel Frap. And before you change the order how about you confirm with the customer if that is what they want before changing the order. But she seemed she was too busy doing something else that she was not paying attention to the order. She also kept interrupting me while I was explaining and argued that that's not what I said instead of just saying oh maybe she misunderstood and just made me another drink. Never had the issue before. It's sad!

I really am so thankful for the people at this Starbucks! They go out of there way to care about people. Unlike anywhere I've ever seen. Please take care of them back. And they're facility please. When I can I'll do so much more I promise!

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to! I work close by and like to grab a coffee on my way to work every few days. I like venti flat white which (normally) is 3 shots of blonde espresso and whole milk. Every single time my coffee tastes different: watery like it isn't whole milk or a cow milk, or super milky like it has only 1 or 2 shots. Never the same! They make better coffee at the airport.The baristas often ignore mobile orders until I ask for my coffee after a long wait. I wish there was a competition somewhere around.

They not only service burnt coffee, but they have no idea how to brew and service good tea. You DO NOT put cream in and on the tea bag before you put warm water in the cup. Ya, warm water.
