Note that this coffee shop has limited hours of 6am to 7pm most days. Starbucks is just getting outrageously expensive. $25 for a coffee and a snack. Yikes! Friendly service but long waits because it’s the only coffee shop on the entire resort. Very limited indoor and outdoor seating while the other restaurants that are closed except for supper have their patios roped off.Parking: At the casino lotWheelchair accessibility: Yes.

I give them 5 stars because they were working on Christmas Day and I was able to get my coffee fix. I was invited to a lunch in the Spa Tower to celebrate the birthday of two friends. Going to the wrong tower--yes, I wasn't thinking, I then took the Zen Walk through the JW Marriott landscaped park between the two towers. On the way, I saw the Starbucks logo. After lunch and the party broke up, I came back on the walk and entered the casino. Starbucks was open at 3:45! I went in, ordered my customary iced, quad espresso and then walked to my car enjoying every bit of it. The women working were very pleasant. Since it was late in the afternoon,. there was no line. If I come to Rampart, I usually bypass this Starbucks. I won't anymore. I thank the two for giving up their Christmas to work.

Sweet, friendly and upbeat staff delivery delicious and consistent SB food and coffee. Always with a smile and fast and efficient. A nice inexpensive alternative to over-priced resort mediocre food.

You feel welcomed when you walk in the store. Every barista welcome you. The manager Patty is always smiling n chatting with you. She knows the regular customers by names. Sam is warm n calm to serve your orders. It's a small place but warm n inviting. ??

Love their atmosphere. That place got so much better after remodeling. Looking forward to sitting on the patio. Lovely!

A typical Starbucks set-up in the JW Marriott, supported by friendly and efficient staff. I was disappointed to learn, however, that as a Licensee and not a "company store" I could not use my large number of Rewards Stars to make purchases. Also note that the prices are high in keeping with general resort pricing.

Starbucks, why did you have to offer food. Your lines used to flow so fast.

$67 for 5 drinks, only one was Venti, and small breakfast sandwiches. Prices were removed for the food so you don't know till you pay. Staff was good though. (Not a stranger to Starbucks)

I came here every morning of my stay. It's a full Starbucks that takes your gold card. Great music Low lighting for morning In the hotel No matter how busy, I always got a cheerful greeting shout out My coffe was always perfect. My big complaint? It opens at 7am. Really? For us east coast folks that is 11am! I need a coffee before that. Needless to say the morning line was ridiculous. I waited in line for a half hour on the morning I came early. Otherwise this would be 5 star experience. Just avoid the early morning!

I have done both dine-in and take out. The place is very small and since I don’t do bar chairs, there are even fewer chairs to choose among inside. It’s a nice place to sit, though. There are chairs and tables outside the place as well, however. Its always been very clean inside and staff have always been friendly. I was hoping to try the dalgona coffee, but they don’t make it at this location (at least not as of this writing).

Restricting a human's freedom of movement in an establishment that is open to public commerce and not allowed to discriminate its customers, is a violation of the Constitution of The United States! You are a shame to this country and the people you are attempting to divide and oppress. When the tables turn, may the people never forget you sold out to the man.
