I don't shop Starbucks, plenty of good coffee shops around, with better coffee and better price and no poisonous Corp ideology. I will never spend 1 cent at any of their stores.

Got there today to get a simple KID hot cocoa and my first chesnut praline of the season. I was excited bc it one of my favorite drinks. Asked my special needs daughter to tell the cashier what she wants. She's 9, verbally challenged. The cashier just starred at her, blank face. I thought ok, She's not familiar with special needs people, cool. I ordered for both of us. They handed me my daughter's hot cocoa and something strongly told me to taste it before handing to my daughter and OMG! IT WAS BURNING HOT WATERY COCOA. I asked the barista to add a little ice in it as it was way too hot for a child. She dumped a bunch of the drink then proceeded to dump ice it in to where now it was just cold watery. My chestnut praline tasted bitter and watery. TRAIN YOUR STAFF TO MAKE KIDS BEVERAGES WARM NOT BURNING HOT. I would've been PISSED if my daughter got burnt the way I did. Never again at that location EVER!

A chain coffee shop. Customer service, ambiance, and my coffee choice were very good. The young woman helped me figure out that I could have 'heavy cream' added as an option to keep my coffee keto-friendly. They have available stevia packets. I had to ask as the sugar packets are kept behind the counter and not on the self-serve bar. I also noticed that there is a code required to get into the restroom. The place was clean and offered adequate seating options. It's a nice place to hang out.

There are too many people loitering for extended periods of times. So it's uncomfortable to stay there and enjoy your drink or food items.

I've been a Starbucks customer for many years, and have been to multiple locations in Nevada, as well as other states. I would like to recognize this location because it stands out from the rest. I placed a mobile order before I was going to start my errands and as I waited inside from my drink to be prepared, I noticed the baristas were welcoming customers in, some even by name. (Side note: the Starbucks location closest to where I live doesn't even greet me by name, or even acknowledge me some of the time when I come pick up my drink. Yet, I've been going to that one for a long time.) Anyways, I think that is great customer service to recognize your regulars and be friendly in general. I got my drink and the lady who said my name was very nice and polite. I usually get a Caffè Latte Quad with Oat Milk. My drink tasted great. I only come to this location once in a while, but this visit was truly memorable. Great staff and service indeed at the Lake Mead and Rampart location. It may be a little smaller on the inside, but everything was exceptional.

Started going to this Starbucks after the one on Rainbow and Washington closed for a few months for remodeling. This is now my go to Starbucks location staff are on point and friendly. Jayda a staff member was working the drive thru when I arrived and was over the top bubbly and friendly at 9A. A great start to the day!

If you like a clean environment and friendly employees DONT GO HERE. I encountered the rudest person names Sheridin ( not sure spelling ) she was in disarray and not professional looking she was flat out rude. When I asked to see a manger she said she was a manager Not a professional place as all I could hear is talk about what a *itch one of their "regulars" are. They also were discussing how they could not wait to quit and how crappy their job is. I was just stunned at what a terrible experience I was having. And I paid $8 for a drink that tasted like flavored milk. So many other better choices out there, even McDonald's $1 coffee and the employees are much more professional and nicer.

Just came in to get a quick drink and the drive thru line was full. Store was dirty inside and had lots of flies flying around inside. Waited 30 minutes to get my drink and asked twice for what happened to my order. Staff couldn't find it and finally found it with the drive thru person and tried to give it to me after sitting on the counter forever. Definitely recommend going somewhere else. Surprised their health grade is an A.

Sweet, friendly and upbeat staff delivery delicious and consistent SB food and coffee. Always with a smile and fast and efficient. A nice inexpensive alternative to over-priced resort mediocre food.

Don't waste your time!! Worst service ever!! Took 30min to get a coffee! They hired the laziest employees or they're just brain dead! Watching grass grow was faster than they moved. & they could careless!
