Stopped here to purchase some red pepper egg bites. Was waited on immediately when I entered. Order took less than 5 min to receive after ordering it.Egg bites were heated to perfect temperature and tasted delicious. Will definitely return in the future for other food or drinks items.Parking: Limited spots for pkg in front of the store. Drive thru took up most of the area around this particular store.

The chai tea latte and lemon loaf are delicious. It hits the spot on a 50 degree day in Las Vegas. At least the sun is out. The cashier greeted me right away. By the time I returned from the bathroom (yes, you need a code), my items were waiting for me.

Come early. They run out of alot of things quickly. N it's super irritating when your ordering drink after drunk and told they are out. Staff is super nice and friendly though.

I agree with a lot of people here. This Starbucks is the worst. Customer service is down the toilet with some of workers- this includes the manager that doesn't give a damn. They make seem like you're bothering them and they look like they absolutely hate their job. Come on!

Really excellent service. The food is okay. Nice place to sit, have conversations, and / or work on your computer. Plus you can have mini meetings too.

I was charged double when ordering through the mobile app at this location. I called the 800 number and they said it will take 4 to 5 business days to reverse and that this is to be expected. I asked him if this causes someone an overdraft fee does Starbucks take care of that? He said they do not. Use caution if you use the app. Be prepared to be charged double.

They fail to allow me to redeem my points. I told the lady about my order and told her that I’ll need to redeem my points. After she scan my app and I saw my money got deducted instead of my points and she gave me a nasty look and attitude. This service is terrible!!!!!

This location is always busy, but if you're a work-smarter-not-harder person, you've got the app! Seriously - buying from Starbucks is about using the tools they give you! I used mobile pickup order for the first time yesterday. Great experience, I hit order as I left my office a mile or two away, and as I walked in, my drink was placed in the pickup area. This is a bit of luck, and I've been a barista, so I was able to gauge very well how long my order of a tall shaken espresso and turkey bacon egg sando would take. The shaken oat-milk drinks are the best - it's just an oat milk iced latte at the end of the day - but the balance on that drink is perfect, it is the only one I've never had to modify.I was recommended to use the app by my Mom, a frequent Starbucks user who raves about using pre-order at the airport. 10/10, Mom! I'll never stand in line again I will say, it was clear my sandwich was done first, because it wasn't very warm when I grabbed it. No worries, I threw it in my work microwave, but another customer may have been sad about that. I have come here once before, in January, and I had a gift card from work. That time, I did stand in line, and hadn't been to a Starbucks in years. The barista was helpful and kind, helped me find what I wanted and how to order it. And I loved every drop of the toasty bean juice I got that day!This location is average size, I don't think it'd be comfy to sit and study in here with how busy it is. I'd rather go to one of the nearby non-starbucks cafes for a "coffee shop" experience if I had hours of work to do.

Girl at the drive thru window today was very rude lol it's 6 in the morning its way too early to be having all of that attitude miss If you hate your life that much then go and change it! Don't take it out on the customers putting $ in your pockets boo! This started after she rang my order up completely wrong and i mentioned that it should have been 5.69 not 6.72 or whatever it was and she thought it'd be clever to tell me "it doesn't matter your drink will be free" (i was redeeming a free drink that id saved up points for about a month) I'm just telling you that its wrong because i come to this location almost every day of the work week so I know how much my regular drink is and spend entirely too much $ per week to be told "it doesnt matter it will be free" by some novice. To sum it up this barista/cashier was very unprofessional, amateurish , and rude and can tell that she's not a morning person at all lol. Also, a little bit of attitude like that is never a problem for me but when you slide the door shut in someones face while they're still talking then we have a problem. Do better. Period.

Sloppy as hell. Spent over $10 on coffee and they got the entire thing wrong! Wanted a iced Carmel macchiato with cold foam and no ice. Instead they gave me ice and no cold foam.. I don’t even know if they even made me the drink I paid for because normally there’s layers to it unless you asked for it stirred but the drink I got was 1 uniform color.

Worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. The cafe employee was more worried about having his conversation with his coworkers than helping people with their orders. My drink was put together incorrectly and spilled all over me and when I ask him to put it into a new cup, he just looked at like I had two heads. Not to mention the store was absolute mess. Tables were dirty, trash over flowing, condiment bar was completely wet from people spilling their drinks and the floors had trash everywhere. I will never be back to this store again. It’s obvious the manager was off today
