Located in the MGM Signature Tower 1;ordered 2 drinks that were mediocre at best. The associate short snarky Desiree was terrible. After the first order, she handed the cup to her manager while making a disgusted facial expression. I couldn't even finish ordering my drink because she was having trouble finding how to enter the first drink. And didn't wait to let me finish mine before charging me for it. I ask for food and was told in a really irritated voice that it would take 7 to 10 minutes for the oven to heat up. That 7-10 minutes turns out to be 30 minutes. And ended up giving the food to someone else and to wait even longer for the order. While I am waiting the manager comes up to me while I am writing this and asks if I am staying here as a guest. To which I said yes she starts apologizing then goes to give me a ticket to get a discount while I am here on my stay. They went so far as to write sorry on my bag and gave me two cookies on them. Well I thought about this and felt ok they were trying to make amends and apologize I will let this go. Unitl the next day I go back to get a mango dragon fruit lemonade with light ice and 2 pumps of cane sugar. My husband orders his coffee and we wait. He promptly get his drink while I wait for mine. The short snarky associate same one as as previously mentioned makes a green tea matcha latte all angry put is down in front of me and tells her co-worker she hates making drinks like these that it takes too long because of all the things they want in this. I was taken back because why would you say something like that in front of customers. Much less where they can hear you. That's something you say in your break room or break area. The co-worker that took my order and who she tells this too looks at me and then turns to me and says are you waiting for your drink? I told her I was and she was like oh its been ready and is right here. Referring to that green tea matcha latte her co-worker was bitching about and pushes it over to me. I told her I didn't order that and that is not my drink. She gives an o shit face and tells the short snarky woman that she did the drink wrong after admitting she wrote it down in messy writing. The short one says she doesn't know why she is so illiterate today. I take my drink and left with my husband. After this experience and seeing others waiting for a long time for their orders. I feel like their first apology wasn't sincere. It was just the manager catching me starting the review and trying to save the location from a bad review. Well all the same ladies were there this time too. The co-worker who messed with the messy writing apologized which was nice of here. But here is the thing if that latte really was my drink and I heard that comment I would be really mad. Cause as everyone who goes to these locations know all the add ons you are paying for. And to say that to someone would be extremely rude. Next time I am over there I will never be coming back. To all who read this do not go here. The coffee is half ass, the service is terrible, the employees do not care about your order or how you feel. Just save you money and yourself a headache. Plus, there are two other coffee places located on the strip granted they would probably be more expensive but better then this I would have to assume. Just sayin

Ordered drinks for pick up and they were made wrong. When we asked for it to be fixed as it clearly said double on the label but was not. The employee was SUPER rude. Will not return.

I do not recommend going to this Starbucks! We are here for my daughters 21st birthday and they would not honor the birthday coffee and the girl who helped us was quite rude. Service was quick but it was not a great way to start our day!!

This place needs a corporate visit ASAP. I've never been to a Starbucks ran this poorly. Seven employees and no one to help the poor woman at the register. Stores like this are why computers and bots will take over service jobs. None of these young adults wanted to be there and nobody cares about their customers. I'm not from Vegas but every Starbucks back home is like a totally different franchise. Here are some pics of all their employees standing around
