**** UPDATE****
10 -12 months ago prior to the acquisition I had given 5 stars and a stellar review to the PREVIOUS owners Fort Apache Storage. As of today 09/06/2025 the current company MORNING STAR storage has changed that. Poor leadership, lack of effective communication, lack of trust. This company has brought the level of service significantly downhill. To the point I will be contacting the BBB whether the company is accredited or not. Not to mention the hamster wheel they put you on when you attempt to escalate your issue through corporate. You cant even reach a District Manager to speak with about individual concerns. I really wish Google allowed a negative scale for ratings. This office and manager- Joy doesn't deserve the ONE star that is required to post.

The staff here is amazing and the pricing is competitive. They are conveniently located and the area is maintained both inside and outside.

Joy the attendant at Morningstar did her best to help me get a good rate for the services the non-profit I represent (Association of the US Army Las Vegas chapter). She made it quick and easy and was most personable and professional.

I recently closed a unit here after 6 years. In all that time everyone I interacted with was great from office staff and management to other renters. The office, grounds, and units were always clean. Everyone was conscientious of parking, trolleys, doors, stairs, etc. and helpful without being too nosy. Gates were always properly operational. To my knowledge, maintenance was never delayed. Security is a priority here - I never had an issue. Units are individually alarmed. Billing and payments were accurate and easy.
