What misery, they wanted to charge me to wrap my foot long separately after cutting it in half. And a simple roast beef was $16. I should've let them keep the sandwhich. It felt baf from the start you - can't see the meat or cheese they put on because the bar is blocked. I really think 4 Queens should remodel this area it's quite grim. I was tired after work & wanted something nutritious since I live so close by.

You need to fire Maria! She is rude as hell and all she did was laugh in our face, refuse to let us speak to her manger, and refused us service after our food was witnessed to be stolen from their delivery person from our hotel staff. She lied about their restaurant not doing deliveries. She lied about them being closed (she served someone after us) gave us a runaround even after we showed our receipt (which she asked for) while talking on the phone giggling at us.

These 5 Stars are for good service in this location during lunchtime and also for the 599FL Footlong deal in the App.5.99 dollars (6.49 incl. Tax) for a footlong is definitely a good deal.Thank you, Subway offering a good deal when so many other business find excuses for racking up prices. I am going in regularly because of that deal. Well played.

It's just a normal subway. Nothing special. Prices are very high, I suggest downloading the subway app and using a deal on the app to order at this location. The footlongs are $15-$18 at this location which is totally not worth it. I ate here twice but I don't think I'll be eating here again due to the very high prices compared to a neighborhood subway.

Nasty workers came to the counter without gloves touching the counter wear your food slides across, when I asked if he was going to put gloves on a large Hispanic lady came over and said yes he will put gloves on as she had her bare hands on the food counter with her long nails on which ate not sanitary because you know everything gets under our nails ? I said never mind as she yells have a good night loud and disrespectfully. I’m a local my husband is an Executive Chef at a hotel has been for over 35 years!! I told her I was call the health department and that’s when she yellled have a great night bye. Wow nasty workers not sanitary and they are definitely not following NV Health Department rules and regulations. Stay out of their restaurant.

This place is a total joke with rude employees! Maria (the Asst. Manager) is beyond rude and has 0 customer service. She refused to serve us because we were gay and apparently it is okay! What a sad establishment!

It's a subway... ?♂️The young man working there made a real effort to create nice sandwiches, and to be helpful and friendly. I wish more workers in Las Vegas had his attitude.

I ordered a milkshake and the employee told me that their machine was down for cleaning. I looked over and I saw their Magic Bullet soaking in water! Really! Hire employees that want to do their jobs which includes making milkshakes, or take THE MILKSHAKES OFF YOUR MENU! SO YOUR EMPLOYEES CAN STOP LYING!

Negative 0Ordered online and when I went to pick up my order I was ignored. I asked the employee Robert and he said he had to make it so I sat down to wait. Totally understood that the was working alone however he kept helping everyone that kept walking in after us and never made our sandwiches. 18 minutes later I went to ask for a refund and he was very rude saying he couldn't do that, that I had to go in the morning and ask a manager. As I walked away he said I shouldn't have ordered online. Very disrespectful and rude employee, if he can't handle his job maybe he should look for something easier than Subway. POS
