Very unprofessional server. Was distracted, talking on her blue tooth WHILE helping customers. Didn't pay much attention during my order, giving me the wrong chips. Didn't cut my sandwich totally in half. Getting tired of everything thinking these people are heroes and deserve a "living wage," this person did not do their job effectively and deserves minimum wage until they start acting properly. Step your game up, Caesars.

Horrible service. It started with the oven not working. Took awhile for guy to take my order and there was no one else there. He didn't seem to want to be there. Turkey sandwich was 7.99 but got charged 8.99. When I asked about, he said that was with the tax. The entire order had an 8.375% tax on it separately! Asked for a bottled drink and it wasn't very cold so I asked for a cup with ice. He said I would have to charge you for a cup.....really?! On the receipt it says "If it's not right, I will make it right." and it had the manager contact info on it. We called the manager and they reluctantly gave me a cup with ice....a small amount of ice too. He seemed to be spiteful about it. Just ridiculous! I emailed the manager twice afterwords and there was no reply. Subways in general seem to be getting worse.

I paid $20 for and empty bowl. Because I didn't want veggies, they charge $4 for extra piece of bacon..

I came at 4am after an event and the lady working there was super nice, quick, and had a good vibe. She helped us with our late night order. I would say the price is 2-3$ more per sandwich. But what do you expect, it's inside a casino lol. My go to sandwich tasted the same as always and the lady did a great job! We ate the sandwich the next day and it wasn't too soggy. Definitely would come back for a late night sandwich. It's a safe Choice

DO NOT GO UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SICK. If I could give 0 stars I would. They served my boyfriend and I bad food. We were sick for almost 36 hours and it took me almost 12 to even get someone to answer the phone. Then they told me because I didn't go to the hospital that there was nothing they can do. All I wanted was my money back since we lost almost 2 days of our vacation but apparently that is too much to ask for. Avoid then like the plague

5 stars to the lady working the late shift alone (midnight). Admirable work ethic, she was calmed, prepared delicious sandwiches and had a very good attitude even though she had a big line of hungry people waiting to be served. To the manager - please monitor how busy the location is during the night and add the appropriate number of people. You are lucky to have her.

The worst experience at a Subway! My family and I went at about 7pm for dinner. The girl comes up and is clearly angry to have to "work." I order my sandwich and ask for more olives on it. With a please. She looks at me and tosses it on the sandwich. My husband orders his. He specifically asks for "yellow mustard." She grabs mayonnaise and proceeds to put mayonnaise on it as he's trying to stop her before by saying "no, no, mustard." Then she tries wipe off the mayonnaise which is on the bread, bacon and meat. He kindly asks her if she can make it again because he can't have mayonnaise, he's allergic to it. She gives us the dirtiest look and says, "it's fine I wiped it off." My husband says no, could you please make another one. I step in and say sorry, he can't have mayonnaise. She then proceeded to say, "so you want me to throw this away and make another one? We said " yes, he can't have mayonnaise." By now she's starring me down. She goes over to another employee and asks her to make the sandwich, because she's so angry at this point I felt she just refused to help us. I even apologized to her for making her mad that SHE made a mistake. She admitted it was her fault. Being starred down after her admitted mistake made me so angry. The second lady made the sandwich correctly and was very nice about it. I can't believe they have someone working there that failed colors. He asked for "yellow mustard. " YELLOW MUSTARD. Twice. But he got mayonnaise. If she hates her job so much that she has to stare people down, maybe she should take up panhandling.

This place is located inside a Balley's hotel and casino, The worst service ever only one person working and there's Always A-line, I just understand why the manager just has one person there

Ok so get there and told not open for 20 mins ( ok its open24 hours as advertised) ok these things happen - waited 20 mins the start serving.... so now having then been in line for 15 mins as a queue had formed to then hear the staff tell the customer ordering that the oven is not working ? really !! why not put a sign up saying this ? poor service and not attentive enough to advise customers that have waited patiently in line.
