Why are we putting sides of wet food products in paper bags? This is the third time this has happened at this location.

The two employees they have working there give great customer service. They listen well to your order and execute the order in a timely manner. We really enjoyed the visit and our sandwiches.

I'm leaving this review at 8:45 p.m. Pacific time. I went to this location at 8:40 p.m. Pacific time and the doors and chairs are already put up and locked for the night. Online it states you don't close until 9 p.m. so why are you guys getting everything out a half hour early? The employee got upset because I took a picture to time-stamp the location being closed and he yelled out to me and started recording from his phone. Completely unacceptable. I am not allowed to close my business early without consequence but apparently the stand does not apply for Subway. I advise anyone and everyone to please skip this location as they did not care about their customers. Hopefully there are other Subway out there that operate according to its business hours

Always a bad experience here. Every 6 months or so I give it another try; ALWAYS a mistake. First visit, employee makes fun of my order. Second visit, employee doesn't know how to run my payment method and is rude about it, like it's my fault. Third visit, I order online (since they don't know how to use the register), and I'm told AFTER waiting over 10 minutes their online ordering is down so my order didn't come in. There were only two other customers in the store and the employees saw me standing there at the register waiting, looked my way but didn't bother asking what I was waiting for until they finished (slowly) ringing up the other customers. There is a total lack of common sense or decency among anyone who works here. Will never return.

Horrible experience! The previous owners were much more welcoming. The guy who took our orders was just staring at , didn’t ask how we were or anything. It was so uncomfortable continuing our order. Will not be coming here again!

The restaurant is run by newish owners, Not what it used to be, dirty, slow, unfriendly not to mention roaches. Online orders are a joke, they cancel orders at will and the selections on condiments are reduced.

If I could give 0 stars I would. No customer service including the manger. I have never been treated so bad.

Took my "Get TWO Footlongs for $12.99" coupon I received in the mail to the CLOSEST Subway yesterday, 3/22. Cashier told me that they "just stopped taking coupons" so I had to pay full price. Nothing on the flyer shows which locations accept coupons. The too-small-to-see print says "redeemable at participating locations" but I couldn't have known that unless I had looked at the flyer through my magnifying glass. The coupons we receive on a regular basis don't specify which locations are participating. Since this location "just stopped" participating (whatever that meant), even though the expiration date is 03/26/2023, how are consumers supposed to know which locations honor coupons? Did this location "just" stop taking coupons right as I got there or yesterday at noon? Two days ago? A week ago? Two months ago? These coupons provide free advertising for the locations that don't honor them. We were drawn to this Subway because of the 2/$12.99 deal, a substantial discount and its close proximity to home. These days every penny counts: we use coupons and try to only buy items that are on sale. We certainly represent the majority because inflation affects 99% of the population.Once a customer arrives at this Subway with coupon in hand and is told that they "just stopped taking coupons", s/he is left with few options, none of them good: 1- s/he can drive to other Subway locations, wait in line at each one until they find one that honors coupons- a huge waste of time and money if one isn't found; 2- s/he can sit in the car and call other Subways (all of which are farther away) hoping to find one that honors coupons. This won't work if s/he forgot to bring their phone with them; 3- s/he can drive back to get the phone then call all the Subways hoping to find one that honors their coupons. If none are found within a reasonable distance, opt.3 is a waste of time; 4- If the customer has limited time (s/he's on a lunch break or has other things to do besides trying to find a Subway that honors their coupons), the final options would be to buy lunch at one of the other 10 restaurants nearby OR go home/back to work without buying lunch, OR take the loss and pay full price for two footlong sandwiches since the other options will cost the customer TIME and MONEY. Because fuel costs over $4.25 gallon, and time is money, the coupon's value would become insignificant if the customer chose any of the other options. Therefore, the customer might as well buy the sandwiches at full price from the location they'd initially chosen and was drawn to by the coupon and its close-to-home location! The owner certainly knows that the flyer will bring customers in with their coupons and will choose to pay full price rather than choose another option. Therefore, the customer gets screwed but the owner gets FREE advertising and makes more sales due to invalid coupons drawing in people who wouldn't be there in the first place if they'd only known the truth that the coupons they'd just received are not even valid! For this reason, next time I go to Subway I'll call one of the other stores first, and if they honor their coupons, that's where I'll go. This location has lost my business.

NO BREAD HERE SRRY.Pulling in I could see no one inside and both employees on their phones taking a video, both very young but didn’t read into it too much. I get off walk in and they walk to the back and only one came out to help us, there was NO BREAD made how is this even possible? You make subs for crying out loud. The second one came out to confirm there’s only the multigrain and there is no one kind, I asked how long til they’re next batch would b ready and the response was 35-45 min. I just walked out I couldn’t believe it.Don’t go here

We came in to get tailgating food for the raider game.. 4 sandwiches for 7 people and Stephanie hooked us up!! She took her time on each sandwich and ingredient making sure she didn't miss anything or forget any side toppings. Definitely 5 star service, they even gave us free cookies!! They wrapped each sandwich individually after cutting them into 4ths for our tailgate. Thank y'all!!

The old owners were much better. I drive out my way to the other subway. This place isn't terrible but the workers don't know how to properly make a sandwich AT ALL. If you want it done right u gotta to the one on Rainbow and Cheyenne.
